Needed a bunch of small gifts for a work raffle and this made it way less painful than I thought. Prices held up even after ordering a decent quantity, nothing felt like it was about to fall apart the second someone unwrapped it. Delivery landed exactly on the date they gave, no last minute delay text which matters a lot when you're on a deadline for an event. Asked a question about bulk pricing beforehand and got a proper reply within the hour, not some auto response. Ordering from them again next time we need a stack of gifts fast.

So disappointed that Sparks just closed its doors without notifying its Stockists.
Last Friday I went to place an order as normal and saw a Notice saying they were updating there website.
Which, after 24hrs changed to the 'closure notice'.. I immediately had to refund my customers for their Mother's Day' orders. Then had to look around for 'New Suppliers'.

It is very sad though. They were excellent and they definitely will be missed.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. A lot of items arrived damaged and it was difficult to try and get a credit for these.

We have dealt with Sparks Giftware for a number of years now. Their range of different stock items is comprehensive.
But, in addition, the provide an excellent customer service.

I bought a vintage Red mini and Scooter ornament - I love both items although there was some slight damage to one of the minis ( I'd actually bought two Mini's) Hayley, the girl in the customer services department (CAD Department) was absolutely fabulous and dealt with my issue both professionally and personably. I was issued a 10% discount for one of the Mini's and offered an exchange on the other.
Fabulous products that arrived super fast and the customer service department is absolutely top notch - Thank you to all at SPARKS especially Hayley 🚘🇬🇧Beep Beep.
