After getting a quote from someone called Brian via email for a kitchen splashback for £182 we emailed our picture to be used only to discover that they can only stretch or crop photos not resize the image which my wife did for them in about 15 minutes and made the image a smaller upload. When we ordered the price had jumped to £273 in a week and a half.rather than honour the quoted price Brian said he would have to ask the owners what to do. That was two weeks ago still nothing despite having email and phone numbers. He said that suppliers had doubled their prices apparently overnight so they obviously don't have any stock or they are making more on old stock ?.
This company obviously don't care about customer care or communication.

Yes 12 emails were sent all unhelpful and I can happily supply screen shots of all of them.
No we were not customers as
1 finding the price was almost a £100 increase in 9 days from original emailed quote
2 would not honour the price quoted by email
3 Didn't contact us to resolve the situation after we called them twice supplied a phone number and were promised a call back.
So they decided to attempt to discredit anyone who has a problem with them as they have with others.

Just awesome! Took what we thought was just a random panoramic beach scene in Feb, (usually to just be left on the phone indefinitely), but have turned it into what we think is an amazing splashback in our kitchen. Was so nervous the socket spaces weren’t going to line up, and that the image wouldn’t upscale, but shouldn’t have been. Customer service was first class, had a couple of conversations re the image cropping and advice re measuring, and it all paid off. Delivery was a little longer than expected, but was always kept informed, so knew how it was all progressing. Have now covered a plain white wall with a 2.4 x .4 glass memory. Just love it, and will be using again soon for sure.

I have ordered now three splash backs from this company. All great value and if the highest quality. Customer service was fantastic as I recently had an issue with an order, totally my fault, but it was rectified by the company without any fuss. Will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

Nice product and friendly staff. Delivery driver even had time to advise me how to fit the Splashback. Thank you.

Lovely Watercolour Kitchen Splashback. Colours were as seen on the splashbacks.co.uk website and it looks great. We ordered online. Measuring guide was easy to follow. Brian responded promptly to any telephone & email questions we had. It was delivered, well packaged, within the timescale advised on the website. Fitted perfectly using the adhesive as instructed.

First one holes weren't in right place but replacement arrived quickly and in my opinion looks amazing bringing a splash of colour to the kitchen - a lot of very positive feedback from friends and family. Brilliant. Just what I wanted it looks Amazing it's the talking point in my kitchen. I ordered online after a short conversation over the phone as I needed it customised to my size and the design I liked most. I had the glass design with ice and water it's very effective, Absolutely pleased with it and highly recommended

There is nothing negative I can say. I ordered online followed up with a phone call to say it was my gift to myself for my 60th and if they could get it to me by this date I would appreciate it. The splashback was delivered by a very polite friendly man on my birthday.

Ordering was easy, delivery spot on, was told delivery would be between 8/9am, arrived 7.50, driver was brill, gave advice on fitting etc, LOOKS brilliant, not fitted yet, but Mrs got me grafting HARD, to hurry it along a bit,you know what I mean, lol...

I looked on line for a splashback company and really liked the look of this company, straightforward and easy to use website which is great as I’m not very good with technology ! Ordered it and had actually put in the wrong measurement, a lady rang me and we got things sorted out, i was so worried the splashback might get smashed during delivery but it came extremely well packaged. When I opened it well I can only say WOW, it’s stunning, I love it so much. We ordered their tube of glue and followed fitting instructions from that. Every day I look at my splasback and imagine I’m flying in the hot air balloon 🎈
