The full cover was the same cost as the top up insurance so I didn't feel like I received value for money. Why offer 2 separate products if there is no difference between them?

Good Website and Customer Service
Very simple website. Everything explained in easy to understand language. I had costed my add on insurance but had a query which led to a phone call. The customer adviser was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice and information which led me to purchase the insurance quote given. With an online discount it was a reasonable cost for peace of mind on a European trekking trip.

Satisfied SportsCover customer
SportsCover provide full cover for your golfing needs at a very competitive price, in fact this year's premium was slightly less than last year.
They offer a very simple renewal process too.

Want paper copy
Fortunately never have had to make a claim so really can't make a comment either way. My only issue is I would like to be sent a paper copy with a credit size pass like they used to do so i can carry in my wallet, not everyone has access to a printer.

As part of our commitment to reducing card usage and our environmental impact, we are transitioning to digital membership cards for our shooting policies which can be downloaded and stored on your phone or device as convenient proof of cover. We currently do still offer physical cards with our travel policies which can be requested by emailing us.

It's easy to list everything you need and don't want. At each stage the instructions are clear. It's by far the best site to accommodate minor chronic health issues like controlled asthma and cholesterol, with hiking at altitude, cycling, and water sports. Recommended.

Cover when yo need it
I have always used sport over direct for special events, mainly organised cycle events. Cover fits my needs and I can have as short as I need it just cover on the day.
