Dealing with the JS Insurance operative by phone when I had problems on line was excellent. Advice was easily understood and bespoke for my situation with a very nice saving on quotes from elsewhere. Will be using them again.

Very responsive and great service / price

Chris, on the sales line, properly understood my requirements for search and rescue cover and happily and patiently dealt with my nitpicking questions about underwriters. Hopefully its all academic and I'll be buying paragliding policies from them for many years to come.

Motorcycle track insurance - I've had annual cover from JS Insurance for a few years now, renewal is easy and efficient; it's also great to have direct communication with my email contact Cain for any policy updates or adjustments; I'm happy to recommend JS Insurance whenever I see online or forum requests for annual motorcycle track insurance.

Really prompt customer service - I made a mistake on my policy which they detected and proactively contacted me and rectified within 30 mins!

I unwittingly selected the wrong destination when I purchased my travel insurance. Got an email the next morning asking me if the destination was correct. When I responded with the correct destination, policy was updated immediately. Very happy with service.

I've been with JS for several years now for European travel cover with additional policy to cover parachuting. The renewal process, on every occasion, has been quick and painless. Communications are prompt. On the occasions you do need to speak with someone, assistance is friendly, open and on point. Would highly recommend!

I sent an email and he responded within 15 minutes and amended the policy to the correct cover.
