Caine was very efficient, selected and brought the wrong policy.
I sent an email and he responded within 15 minutes and amended the policy to the correct cover.

Absolutely fantastic service. I needed to get my son travel insurance for a football tournament in Holland and JS insurance was the best price I found. Cain was very patient both via email and over the phone addressing all my concerns to get the right cover. Great clear answers to all my questions. Very thorough with clear advise as to the cover provided and not at all pushy to add extra (unnecessary for us) options that were available should you require. Friendly and pleasant with no hard sell just a real interest in our travels. Reassured we now have affordable good cover in place. Hopefully we will never need to use the insurance but feel confident they would be just as helpful should the need arise. Defineately recommend trying them FIRST if your looking for great cover especially if you plan doing more interesting things on your holiday. A+++

Thanks to JS Insurance I was able to get travel insurance to work in an animal sanctuary at the age of 72. They were very helpful in terms of talking me through the options and ensuring that my needs were met. Recommend, especially to older people wanting to continue to be adventurous.

Great service from the guys here. After a few calls to sort out details and to clarify points there was no pushy sales tactics, left to make up my own mind, they even called the underwriter to clarify a question they didn't know the answer to off hand, that small thing gave me such piece of mind.
I can't comment on making claims etc but my experience of fact finding and purchasing was above normal standards
