Nice service but quality of tshirts has dropped over the years. I bought 4 heritage sportsgirl tshirts and all 4 after 1 wash the neck material on all of them has stretched out. Very disappointing.

Not showing Aussie flag don’t like us piss off

Very disappointed that this store thinks it's a good idea to install numerous flags saying everyone welcome. Never thought for one moment, I wasn't welcome. Very concerned that this is actually divisive, not inclusive. We are ALL welcome everywhere. Why do you need to sow seeds of doubt where there weren't any.
Read the room. This is Australia. :-(

Charlie from Armidale store was a delight to deal with on the phone this morning. Extremely helpful.

I should never have had to call Armidale. I live in Sydney and have 3 local stores around me. I called Narellan twice, and Liverpool and MacArthur once. No answer. At 10:05am on a Sunday morning I am sure the store is not that busy you cannot answer the phone.

Ignoring a ringing phone has the potential to cost the business money and leads to bad reviews!

Both staff incredibly rude at Stocklands sports girl. They seemed annoyed that we were present in store while they were gossiping. Never offered help or acknowledged our presence or any other customers presence. Seemed annoyed and were short and rude when we asked for help and went to purchase items. We won’t be back

My daughter brought an item and I wanted to exchange for something else 1 week later everything in tack including tag.
2 of the girls said no I can’t do that. NO one knew the policy of a return.
I have sent 3 emails (NO REPLY)
Very incompetent rude never will I go back !

My wife recently passed away unexpectedly. I attempted to return two sale items she purchased prior to passing but the Miranda sportsgirl staff only offered me a gift card as a replacement and said it would flag with head office. I understand sportsgirl have a no return policy on sale items and the policy is written on the receipt but a company the size of sportsgirl should have a bereavement policy. The two items only totalled $60 and a gift card was no value to me or my two boys. Terrible customer service during a difficult time

I was shopping in the Broadway Sydney store and was helped by Awa. She couldn't do enough to help me, phoning a nearby Sportsgirl for a size not available, finding a top to go with my pants and recommended a dress. Thank you Awa, easily 5 stars for you.

Alex and Kate at the Broadway Store were so lovely and it was refreshing to be able to have a little chat with the young ladies and a laugh. Thank you for making my morning a bright one! See you again soon ladies.

I was in the Tuggerah store today and saw a lovely diamonte encrusted slurpee cup in a cupboard box with 2 windows allowing you to see the side of the cup. The box had a piece of sticky tape covering the opening of the box, it’s price was $24.95, I didn’t want to try opening it so I asked the 2 staff behind the counter if they would open it. They replied why do you want to see it, I said because I can’t see the lid or the straw only 2 small windows on the side. They replied that they were not allowed to open the box.
I doubt any consumers out there would handover their money to buy an item they cannot see. Really bad customer service.

The staff are always kind and courteous in sportsgirl. However the fact that the flags displayed are the indigenous and so called “gay pride” flag is so, so wrong! Gay pride is not a real flag. How on earth can you leave out our Australian Flag! So wrong! Even the indigenous would agree as their soldiers fought under that flag too! Who on your staff, has agreed to this should be sacked. I’m done, after shopping at Sussan for 46 years. 🇦🇺 😒

Needed to change some clothing I bought online and went into the Westfield Doncaster store, the customer service was brilliant, the ladies in the store were so helpful and friendly, had never shopped there before but now I have would definitely recommend.

I took my granddaughter to use her gift card and the machine would not except because it was bent so i asked if the staff member could put the numbers in and was told to many numbers to enter.( she couldn't be bothered),So apparently my granddaughter can't use the gift card. The staff member was very rude and non apologetic. If the lady explained how to go about fixing like the beautiful lady did in HM this review would of been different. I certainly won't be going to Joondalup sportsgirl evver again.

I placed an order on 19 January and it was promptly dispatched on 20 January to New Zealand. This is exceptional service. Thank you dispatch staff. All items were exactly as described/shown on the website, colours the same, sizing accurate etc. I highly recommend Sportsgirl products and buying online from Sportsgirl. I brought some presents for my niece the other day and the quality of the goods was fine as was the service instore. The shop assistant explained that sportsgirl doesn't use plastic bags any more (which I support) however the alternative was a calico printed bag that smelt soooo bad and the smell transferred onto the garments that i was sending as a gift. I called the store to let them know and the girl said it was a textile smell. This is totally incorrect. I know because i have worked in the textile industry for over 25 years. These bags must have been stored in some musty smelling area for god knows how long and are totally disgusting. They just should not be used.

I love their sales! Got so many pairs of shoes for under $10.
