Extremely Disappointed with Springfit Mattress
I purchased a Springfit mattress recently and have been experiencing severe back pain ever since. At the time of purchase, the salesperson assured me that if I faced any issues, the mattress could be replaced or adjusted easily.
I first reported the problem within 2–3 weeks of use and was advised to “give it some time” as my body might need to adjust to the new mattress. However, even after 45–50 days, my back pain worsened. When I reached out again, the salesperson asked me to email the company, saying the mattress would be replaced with only a minimal transportation charge.
To my surprise, after sending the email, I was informed that I would have to pay an additional ₹15,000–₹20,000—citing transportation costs, model upgrade charges, and even a 15% deduction for fabric cost. This is completely unreasonable and contradicts what was initially promised.
Overall, I found both the product quality and after-sales service extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise against purchasing from Springfit, as my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and misleading. Also one more thing they have closed there google reviews so that they do not get generic review by customers. Complete fraud service.
