Exceptional customer service
Sales staff very helpful and the customer service excellent especially Annie and Emma who were very friendly and efficient when it came to resolving an issue. We will certainly use them again for our packaging needs.

A great company that you can trust totally
If you are looking for truly excellent quality products at great prices together with unmatched customer service, then use Springpack with confidence because they will most certainly deliver on all fronts! I have tried other suppliers of boxes but find they are invariably damaged when they reach their destination, whereas the Springpack double wall boxes are incredibly strong and arrive, thousands of miles away, in perfect condition. In addition to the high quality products, the customer service is positively outstanding. I was lucky enough to be assisted with my order today by Amy who went above and beyond to help me. In fact, all the staff I have dealt with have been superb. If you want fantastic products and amazing customer service from a company you can trust this is the company to use, believe me!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Harriet that helped me redirect a delivery that went wrong from my wrong doing by providing an incorrect address. Harriet reacted swiftly and diverted the driver to the correct address to be able to meet the same day delivery. Fantastic customer service.

I needed to find a specific sized cardboard box for packing my golf trolley to return to the manufacturer for repair and with just one phone call, I was offered a suitable size box but their sales person Sam who could not have been more helpful. I have just been to collect, the following day and experienced the most excellent customer service. Sadly this is a very rare quality these days and I recommend Springpack most highly for both quality of produce and service.

Misleading Product Information
Product description states the item is packs of 25 at least 3 times. No mention of quantity or price being per individual piece. Ordered 10 packs, received 10 individual items. Springpack refused to honour the information given on the product page.
