Useless
They repaired a beer pump. Got collection and drop off date wrong. They returned the pump with parts missing so it is unusable. I was told by three separate operators that the missing parts were on their way. But still nothing. Have now given up as they don't answer the phone or respond to messages. Crap.

Coffee machine "repair"
Arranged a coffee machine repair and made an upfront payment of £125.
The collection date came and no DPD time slot was received, I had to call and chase - there had been some kind of miscommunications between Stafford and DPD but I hadn't been informed and nothing had been rescheduled in the meantime.
This happened another 2x before the machine finally got collected.
The repair was done within reasonable amount of time, but the coffee machine was sent back with one of it's parts missing - without it, the coffee machine is still unable to function. I have since been trying to call and email but receiving any responses.
The advisors themselves are reasonably nice and polite, however the service itself is appalling. I would never use Stafford again and highly recommend that others find an alternative repairs centre.

Coffee Machine repair problems
Coffee Machine had problems. Manufacturers guided me to Staffords.
Then my problems really began. Collection arranged for repair after fee of £125 paid.Box provided had cushioning on one side missing. We were not allowed to put our own cushioning. Machine came back filthy dirty and damaged where the cushioning was missing. No work completed report included. Rang. Arranged another collection. Returned looking as if it had been cleaned but still has issues. Most of the damage had been worked on but not all. No work sheet. Gave up and still having issues. £125 in the bin. Very shoddy company.

Poor experience
Poor experience. Staffords organised a collection off me for a set day for some repairs to be done , no one turned up that day , they are don't bother to let me know about it.
When machine was finally collected and repaired ,it's came back to me very dirty and damaged .
