They really do have great customer service and the home I stayed in was perfect and clean....

I couldn't go above three stars, not because any frictions or disappointment with the home. However, on average it was at best a three star home based on the exterior and interior. Very clean home, the pool could have used a better cleaning but the home was very dated. Nonetheless, it didn't take away from the spacious layout, offering 8 beds for comfortable sleeping arrangements. The home also lacked privacy due to the fact that there was not a privacy fence surrounding the pool area. The neighborhood Silver Creek was quiet, but if I booked again I would go for better location closer to attractions and a more modern home.

I was very pleased with my stay, after making reservations it was determined that what I was needing wasnt available. Therefore I was upgraded at no additional charge. We had a lovely time. I couldn't have asked for a cleaner, nicer place!

Nice house to relax but needs an updated on the living room furniture and carpet, other than that everything fantastic,

Very nice, relaxing place to stay. Vacation Home Manager was extremely polite, hospitable and willing to do anything to be helpful and to have a wonderful experience. The family loved it.

Wow, I mean ,Wow!! We were very happy with the accommodations. Never did get our security deposit back now that you mention it and to many add-ons. Great stay though.

Called to have someone fix the smoke alarm detector which was continuously beeping. Nobody showed up the entire day. The ceiling was high so we couldn't access it easily. The next day it was their weekend so no one answered. It beeped till the battery ran flat.

The home was amazing and the reservation/ customer service did an awesome job as well. Everything was just how we imagined it to be.

The Starmark vacation homes was the best experience my family and I have ever had. The accommodations were the best and met our every need. I look forward to using Starmark again and again. The proximity to the parks, shopping and eating out was great.

Awesome home,, very comfortable and placed in incredible neighborhoods.

The experience was amazing from beginning to end, the staff was very helpful in helping me find the perfect home for my family. When we arrived to the home it was even better in person, there was everything we needed there and more. My family had a memorable vacation and we were able to stay on a budget. Thank you Starmark, we will be back soon.

House we rented was clean and included everything needed to spend our days comfortably. Everyone inmy family were satisfied.
