You've slowed the cars down, by reducing the horsepower. SUCKS!! I used to look forward every weekend to watch NASCAR, but now I could care less, because you have ruined it.You truly ruined a great sport.

i have been a nascar fan for 35 years and i think nascar is shooting itself in the with junk parts too many rules cars that can not pass one groove tracks and pay for view prime i just gave up not paying to watch i am getting a lot more things done on weekends around house so switch to electric that will take everyone else from watching

I have ordered die cast of every winner and others...Nascar has basically cancelled all orders..why take orders and money if you don't ever have the products offered? Seems like the shop is as much of a fraud as NASCAR

The turn-around time between order and delivery is abysmal! Over 9 months for a die-cast 1:24 car. Guess it will be next year's Christmas present. Wouldn't have minded so much had it been disclaimed on the site to begin with and not just learn about it after the order.
Screwed by NASCAR once again!
Ordering from here is a nightmare if something goes wrong! I've ordered three times and twice got screwed! I'm currently in a battle. Ordered 12 diecasts. Half my order was cancelled because somehow they are out of stock but had plenty before I ordered. Haven't got my refund for the cancelled portion yet! Been over two months. I want to return two cars I got because they are supposed to be matched with two other cars that were cancelled. One car I got came in a smashed package. Would like to exchange for a non smashed package. The rest of my order is coming sometime next year, maybe I hope! Probably not! Don't do business with this company!

Bought a Christmas present for a family member, they already had it, when I went to return it, I saw there was a $9.99 return fee to give MY money back to ME on my original payment method but free to get an e-gift card. That is ridiculous and an absolute rip-off. Never again will I purchase anything from Nascar.
Don't buy preorder diecasts
Diecast preorders take a lot longer of a time than other places. I wanted 32 minutes to cancel because it can't be done online, despite what their help page says. When someone came on I was talking for 2 minutes and they said nothing!

NEVER Order a DieCast car from the NASCAR store. I am still waiting almost a year for my cars!!! They keep pushing back the delivery date longer and longer. NEVER BUY HERE. Purchase DieCast cars from Ebay or other sites. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!

Good customer service rep in Tyler
I received the wrong item and Tyler took care of me. He not only issued a return shipping label and made sure the correct item was going out, he also took my complaints about entering the discount code and forwarded them so I would receive the amount in a refund.
I think the order screen makes it hard to add a discount code. Also, the online chat is a joke. It kept saying all reps were busy and didn’t give an option to join a queue when I wanted to cancel the order and reorder with the discount code.
There is no option to cancel an order.
Terrible place
Terrible place. Cant even talk to a live person if a problem.
Ordered in May finally shipped in September. No updates or notice of delay. And could not cancel order. Have to go thru a long return process.
After not receiving in a month I had ordered item from another place and received in a week.

Absolutely the worst customer service of any web site I have been on. Trying to find out what is going on with an order that was placed a month ago. Can’t get any information whatsoever. Horrible customer service. Will never shop there again.
