We used the Oxted branch for our sale and house purchase -the latter was fraught with frustration and delay due to the sellers conveyancer (tip: never use an online conveyancer, they might be cheap but you get what you pay for). Throughout the tedious process we were kept informed by either our solicitor Nicole or paralegal Guillaume who deserves special thanks for his super fast and super polite responses. Both were a pleasure to deal with.

Rebecca has been our solicitor both for selling our old flat and buying our new house. When we collected our keys, the estate agent even told us we had a good solicitor! Because she had caught charges everyone else was unaware of (and would have fallen to us if we had gone ahead without first removing them!).
She has been calm and professional throughout some challenging moments and is highly responsive when we had any questions, queries or concerns.
Also no hidden charges on the final bill from Streeter Marshall like we had in the past with other 'cheaper' firms.

I had no experience at being an executor for a will when my relative passed away, in fact I didn't even know I was executor, but the solicitor, Kathryn Evans guided me through the whole procedure and helped me make the right decisions when I didn't understand what I was supposed to do.
Her secretary, Caren, King was also very helpful to me and she always rang me back if she wasn't available when I rang and give me the advice and help I needed, or if she couldn't answer my questions she would always find out the answer and call me back.
I would also like to say that the receptionist who answered the phone was always very polite and helpful.
