Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer Service, will not respond to multiple emails after shipping a damaged item. Do not use this company! There are multiple websites with similar products with better color selection. They finally replied to this post more than 1 month later asking me to email them, which I've already done multiple times. I tried again after their reply and no response. I have to assume their only positive review someone from the company.

Company has refused to return an item that was poorly manufactured and does not fit properly (neck was extremely small for sweater). Requested help multiple times to return the new item and no response.

It's a scam!!!!
It's a scam!!!!! I ordered two hoodies and never received. They sent me a tracking number and it said it was delivered, but it was to a completely wrong address. Not just address but wrong country. I sen't e-mail after e-mail and all they ever said was "sorry for they delay and inconvenience, we'll get back to you soon with a resolution" After waiting more than a month we asked them to credit our credit card because we haven't received anything they stopped replying to our e-mails. I contacted our credit card company and they refunded our money and now they can go after them. The worst service I've ever had shopping online.

Never got my order!
Never got my order! I sent a message to them about 20 days after placing thue order and they said it's on the way and to use the tracking number. Well I did it shows the shirt STILL hasn't left your facility!!! Please issue me a full refund immediately. Worst online purchase!!!!!

My worst on-line purchase ever ...
Through their website, I ordered 2 garments from Stylish Gears. They advised that my order was placed and gave me the confirmation#. Six days later, I typed my third request asking for the carrier and approx. delivery date as I needed to be home when it was delivered. They said it should ship 3-5 days after ordering and they'd let me know more later. Another 9 days, still no product, and numerous requests for status, I was told it's "on it's way. Track shipment for delivery status". Four more days and no movement in tracking, I sent another message. They responded that "it's in the transit stage and will deliver in a short span of time". After 23 days without a product or definitive answer, I requested a cancellation and refund. There were other negative issues regarding this transaction, but I opt to leave them out. I believe I've described the situation well enough to relay the poor customer service, lack of follow-up, and tardy communications.
