Placed an order 9 days ago...still haven't received any sort of communication, can't even get to website now "service is down" apparently...they sure took my $600.

I placed an order of products that were stated "in stock" on the website, then was sent an email a couple of days later saying that I was refunded and that my order was cancelled. I followed up with customer service and have yet to hear back from anyone. These were purchased for a Bridal Shower and I am very upset that I now am left without a gift that I had removed off her registry.
I used this merchant as I had good experience with them before. However, this time the product I ordered wasn't in stock, and it has been placed on back-order. Unfortunately, I had a limited window to get the product, so I have placed an order for the item with another merchant. That product has now arrived in time.
Everything I ordered was out of stock and 8th took the 2 days to tell me that. That is the website even said the items were in stock. Customer service was friendly and did offer the refund. This company does not keep it own inventory. They Just take orders and another company ships.
Merchandise was sent out immediately after I ordered. I received it very quickly. Faster than promised!

When ordering my product their website said it was in stock. After purchasing, I received an email apologising as there was a back order of 3 to 4 weeks. I sent another email to which I received no reply. After 4 weeks with no response and no product, I rang to check the status of my order. They had cancelled my order. I could've bought the same product elsewhere for the same price had I known.
Thanks so much to suitcase.com. After researching much of the internet and b&m stores, I found what I was looking for at a great price. After I asked one question that was answered the same day, my bag shipped the next day. Great prices with a responsive staff and products that ship out fast! Can't ask for more. Will be back!

I ordered a suitcase from them and a few days later they sent me an e-mail saying the item was on Back order for 3-4 weeks and they cancelled my order. I don't mind waiting 3-4 weeks or even more to get it.
They should have asked whether I would like them to cancel the order or wait.
I purchased a wallet, only to receive an email that said the item was back ordered for 3 weeks and so they cancelled the order. Who does that? They gave me no option to keep the order alive. They'll never get my business again.

When Suitcase.com were unable to complete my order because of a supply issue. They quickly and courteously informed me and reversed my credit card payment.
I had a great experience at Suitcase.com. They had the lowest prices on the luggage I wanted, and I shopped around quite a bit. They also personally took care of me, with a very nice person over the phone, to make sure that my suitcases arrived in a short time, before my trip. This included the rep calling to their west coast warehouse and arranging the shipment from there. He then followed up with me by phone to let me know the plans. The suitcases arrived on time, in great shape, and we are very happy with our purchase. I will definitely be shopping with them for my travel needs.

I bought this carry-on piece expecting that it will be acceptable by all airlines. Was about to use it for the first time traveling to Australia and New Zealand next month. After checking with the airlines I found out that this carry-on piece exceeds their size requirements, and hence, cannot be able to use it. It is total disappointment.
