I wanted to give a Cross pen to my physician. I ordered a model that I found on the internet and asked the gentleman that took my order to have it engraved with his name. I received my order in great condition one day prior to my going to visit my physician. I like the letters of the engraving and I will think of you whenever I need similar services and I am asked for a recommendation.

It is my good fortune to have found Suitcase.com. I called the store directly and placed the order with their sales rep. He was courteous and helpful. He told me when the piece of luggage would arrive and from which shipping point. My luggage arrived three days early and all was in good order. The price of the luggage piece was the best online price being offered and I was able to talk to a live person.

The rep at Suitcase was very helpful and placed our order, we received them 5 days before the expected delivery date. The pen and engraving were high class. Very good responses from the upper management team.

Had a tough time finding the High Sierra 28" Upright in red. Customer service made sure they had it in stock and it arrived very quickly. Nice looking piece of luggage, very well thought out, great for college students! I have three now, one in green, blue and finally, red!

The bag is perfect. However, it took 3 days for UPS to deliver it, so I wouldn't order anything else if UPS is the carrier.

Most important customer service item, especially if an item is delayed is to keep the customer informed. There was a not unreasonable delay and the company went well out of their way to keep me informed and up to date on the progress of the order and even exceeded their projected ship date. Well done.

Purchased a very nice Samsonite at a very reasonable price. It arrived in a few days and was exactly as pictured and described on-line. We have not taken a trip with it yet, but looks like it will work out great for us.

This is the first time I tried Suitcase.com. I was hoping they were a good source for quality luggage. The Samsonite suitcase was awesome. Great price and good delivery. I was so impressed with them that I bought another piece of the set from them. I highly rate them. Good dealer and very fair price.

The WEB site had incorrectly indicated that shipping was free. However, the item cost less that the required minimum in order to recieve the free shipping. I called the support number and they immediatly corrected the WEB site listing and honored the what the cost would have been with free shipping. They made it right without any hesitation.

I am pleased with the purchasing process of the suitcases. I haven't used them yet so I can't review how well they worked yet, but I can only imagine they will work well.
