As I was purchasing two pieces of luggage, I had my reservations in doing business with this website, BUT I had checked their history on the BBB and satisfied with their ratings and reviews, purchased the luggage. VERY GLAD I DID! I ended up having speak with a CSR as they were having a minor glitch in their website, but the CSR was super and the sale went through without a hitch. The luggage arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to purchase from Suitcase.com again. Highly recommended!

This was my first experience with Suitcase.com. They had quite a selection to choose from, found the one I wanted it had the best price and free shipping. Ordered, got it about a week later, so "free" fast shipping. Good experience, customer service was prompt and helpful.
I had never heard of suitcase.com but they had a light suitcase and not in black and at a good price. Ordered it online, and was delivered exactly on the day they promised. The suitcase is just what I wanted. Great company to work with.

I found the item on their website and placed my order by phone. The representative was efficient but not friendly. I received notification about the shipping of my order the same day via email. My order arrived a few days later.
Good Afternoon, and Thank you for giving me this opportunity to address a few issues that occurred before purchasing an item fro Suitcase.com.
While conducting my final payment, twice, I entered a code for a discount - which did not work. I immediately contacted a suitcase.com representative who - after speaking with his supervisor, apologized, and referred the message that they were experiencing problems with the discount codes.
The second problem occurred when I noticed that I was being charged for shipping although the web-site stated, " free shipping for orders over $75 dollars. Again, I contacted the same representative who I contacted about the discount codes, and he stated shipping was free due to my purchase being over $75.00 ( my purchase price $217. and est. with shipping $260.00).
Lastly, I went online to UPS and entered my tracking number sent to me by suitcase.com. The tracking number sent from your company is not registering with the delivery service. I now have to call the delivery service tomorrow- since today is a holiday and check the shipping status. The quality of service from Suitcase.com is unsatisfactory, due to the false advertisement on shipping and discounts,unresponsiveness from managerial staff, and difficulties with waybill tracking.

I wanted to by a heavy duty backpack that would last. I did some research and found the one I wanted. Suitcase.com had the best price and they shipped it almost immediately. I will definitely look to them again!
My Cabeau travel pillow is very comfortable and a great travel accessory.
This bag is everything I was expecting and it got here on time. I travel about 90 days a year and need a real road warrior bag to go with me. When I saw many of the flight crews use Travel Pro I was sold. Can't wait to try it out this week.

I purchased not 1, but 2 pieces of Samsonite Luggae (the S'Cure 28 Inch Hardcase)... one in Blue, and, as an afterthought 2 days later, one in Red. When I went to order the 2nd piece, the price had gone up considerably, but suitcase.com was willing to lower the price for me. They did not go down as low as the original sale price for my 1st order, but they went down low enough, that it was still considerably cheaper than the competition. Delivery time was normal (approximately 1 week), and the both pieces came in tact (no signs of any damage). If I need any more luggae, this will be the 1st palce where I look.

Also, site does not give delivery times. I called the Company and
was given estimated delivery info. and that my order was shipping that day. 2 days later still showed in process so, called again. The information given then was different--no yet shipped--coming from third party--would arrive in 7-10 working days. Finally received a tracking number the next day. Product ordered 9/6 arrived 9/17. Product and price are great.They just need to button up their fulfillment and customer service department.
