I received my new TravelPro Platinum Magna 22 roll-aboard extremely quickly! Communications were excellent. The price was the best on the Internet too! Will look to Suitcase.com first next time I'm buying add'l luggage.

You have asked me to rate my experience. I have already payed for the suitcase and supposed was to receive free two day shipment. Yet no suitcase yet.

Couldn't be more pleased. As advertised. On Time. Great Customer service. No hesitation about buying here again. I even had a very pleasant experience with customer service when checking on the status of my order shortly after it was placed.

This bag is excellent for travel and every day use. I have had others, which i have used until the wires came through the strap. Only disappointment with this bag is that a pocket in previous purse is missing and that one pocket that was somewhat hidden in previous models is now more visable. (I kept spare cash in the "secret" poxket). I can carry everything in this cross-the-body bag, including a bottle of water for myself and one for my husband. It is great for travel.

found a great deal on luggage after a google search suitcases.com made the online purchase was informed color selected not available so they sent me a better package 4-piece set instead of 3-piece which was ordered. delivery took about 2 business days once I agreed to the change. I am very leased with the items. will shop here again.

I like the neck pillow but some of the black fuzz gets on you at first . Otherwise great pillow that can be packed into small volume . good neck support

Got a nice Zero Halliburton carry-on for low price. Great product and fast, free delivery. Using it on cross-country Amtrak marathon.

I ordered two different styles of suitcases so that I would have different weights. We need super light for international travel. When I called to ask which to get, they explained the differences. I am totally happy with my decision and they were so helpful. I look forward to doing future business with them, but I am hopeful that I won't need new suitcases for a while, these look great! My first use will be at Thanksgiving!

I was unable to place an order online for the Maggio ZipSack luggage which was in stock (online technical glitch), however, a call to customer support allowed me to place the order. Delivery time was standard (6 business days)...fulfilled order met expectations.

I knew what I wanted, and this site has it cheaper than amazon or the manufacturer's site. And it got to me more quickly than they promised!

I had some trouble because of my credit card and the second i email them i took them about 20 minutes to email me back. when calling their customer service seemed really nice i'm definitely buying from then again if i need to.
