Superb choice of villas. Had an excellent stay in the Algarve. Will book again.

Just booked and squeezed in another Sun-hat holiday before our break in June.

Excellent villa company, customer service perfect, great choice of villas and always helpful if any help is needed when in your villa. Have used them many times and would highly recommend Sunhat to others, especially for Algarve villas. .

Although our stay is only scheduled for August, I would already like to highlight the excellent support we have received from Naomi.

She has been extremely helpful and responsive, particularly in guiding us through the house equipment and ensuring everything is clear and easy to understand ahead of our arrival. Her professionalism, clarity, and willingness to assist have made the whole process very smooth and reassuring.

It is truly appreciated, and it gives us great confidence for our upcoming stay.

We have used Sun-hat Villas multiple times a year to book accommodation in Val do Lobo and also Quinta do Lago. Each and every time the process to book and the office staff we encounter are exemplary. So easy and efficient. Admin staff are accessible and friendly. Frequently have contact with Rose, Lily-Mae and Ann. All a delight to deal with.

Special shout out for the in resort team, notably Charlie who we have liaised with for a number of years now. She is just amazing. She goes above and beyond on every trip to ensure travelling with kidney disease is made easier. Literally goes out of her way to help every single trip. She is the front facing person for customers and is a credit to the company

We stayed in an apartment at Sau Lourenco last week. Truly was amazing with fab facilities and service from the onsite team and reception.

I have recently booked a villa through Sun Hat Villas for a multi generation holiday. I had lots of requirements and I also wanted it to have a wow factor. I worked with Roseanna who sent me lots of properties and also lots of my questions. I have been very impressed with the service that Roseanna offered. I have then since been in contact with Naomi regarding the additional items and elements I would like for the holiday. Such asa pool table, restaurant recommendations and a private chef. Naomi was very prompt and detailed with her response. This is all taking a lot of the work out if it for me. Thank you both!

Wow, what a difference compared to other companies we spoke to, trying to source a Villa in the Algarve.
We have holidayed in the Algarve ( Carvoeiro)many many times over the years, always used the same company, never had a problem but this time was for our Sons Wedding in Vale de Lobo, so we had to try others.

None of them went out of their way like Ann at Sun Hat Villas did. She listened to our requirements, recommended a selection and with that we used their website to have a thorough look around each Villa.
I have to say, that their website is in a league of its own compared to others, I particularly found the 360 degree view tool so so useful, along with the google maps view. Also just keying in the dates, gave an accurate price unlike others makes booking so much easier

Booking after this point was made extremely simple by Ann and we can now sit back and count down the weeks

We have been using Sun-hat this past few years and find them to be great, with lovely villas and very price competitive..

Had a great time at Villa Buganvilia. The villa is beautiful with lovely grounds and it was great to be able to go in the pool (heated) at the end of the day. The terrace overlooking the pool was a lovely place to relax and eat our meals. The location is very good as it was only 10 minutes by car from a number of beaches and well situated to go either East or West along the Algarve. For us Zoomarine was a highlight, especially the dolphin show, and this was only a 5 minute drive away. Guia itself has lots of restaurants and it is a 5 - 10 minute walk away.

Great experience from Sun Hat & Ann Evison leading up to booking, and at all times after. Would highly recommend.

Our first choice when booking a villa as very friendly and helpful staff. Overseas staff always available should there be any problems.

We had a Great time at Villa Hera! Very quiet neighborhood, 20 minute walk to the Marina and tennis courts. The outdoor pool area is great for relaxing and entertaining. The only problem we had was the "heated pool" was great for the first day or two and then it seemed the heater didn't come on after that to maintain the warmth.

We have been booking our holidays through Sun Hat for several years and will continue to do so. Nothing is too much trouble when you contact them and they are always very helpful. The app is great too with lots of useful information.

Sunhat have been great to deal with from the start and we stayed in a wonderful villa in Vilamoura Portugal. The app is great and very efficient comms from Sunhat in the run up to the holiday. Gorgeous, secure and well maintained villa. Had everything we needed. We had a great holiday and will be rebooking for next year!

Great Company to deal with our apartment was great. Great location and suited our needs. Just sun loungers could do with being upgraded (or could be due to my age) at least I need an adjustable back rest. Hope to go back 2026.

This was our first villa holiday so we really valued the knowledge of the staff at Sun-hat villas, particularly the UK Operations Manager, who had visited the property and the town and having listened to our requirements was able to reassure us that it would suit us.
The villa we stayed in matched up to both the advertising and our expectations. The location was precisely as described, the villa and pool were just as lovely as the photos on the website and Carvoeiro suited us perfectly, not so busy as to feel crowded, lovely local bakery, friendly staff in the bars, great seafood restaurant and the bay with the beach straight off the main square was beautiful.

We had a great holiday at Villa Pedro in QD Portugal September 2025, it was an awesome villa well looked after inside & outside we cannot fault the villa at all. The upstairs was very private with 2 x bedrooms, 3 other great bedrooms kitchen/dinning room was an amazing space to cook and enjoy meals wine as a family.
Outside by the pool was the most beautiful chill area, large pool nice and warm, BBQ area great! Plus loads of different seating areas outside. We loved this villa and would highly recommend booking with Sunhat Villas.....
