I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palmyra Resort, and I can't say enough about how amazing my experience was! This was our second villa booking in VDL with Sunhat and they were amazing once again. Had a couple of minor issues whilst there but they were always available even on a Sunday. Villas exactly as per brochure so we would have no problem recommending and using again.

We hired a villa in Vale do Lobo through Sun Hat, booking was easy, all information clearly given.
We arrived to find a lovely clean villa with information pack.
I needed to contact Charlie our rep on a couple of occasions and I have to say she was exceptionally helpful and very quick to respond.
We had a great holiday and would definitely book through Sun Hat Villas again.
