Fantastic company, highly recommend

Excellent service pre during and post holiday .
Highly recommend this company .

This was our first time booking through Sun-hat and they were really helpful and efficient from start to finish. Previously we have rented through Airbnb and Vrbo but this was a different level of service, from the information brochure we were sent, to the in-resort rep who came to check in on us after we arrived and was on hand to help with a couple of queries we had. The villa in Portugal was as described - clean, well-equipped, in a convenient location and with a lovely outdoor pool area with stunning sea views. Cleaners came in twice a week and the pool maintenance guys every couple of days. Our key deposit was returned to us promptly. Would definitely book through this company again.

The company, booking team and website are super helpful and honest which is not to be said for many companies these days. A pleasure as always to go with.

Cannot recommend Sun Hat highly enough.

We stayed at Villa Aimee it was the best villa we have stayed in.
Clean, comfortable there is nothing that we needed that wasn’t there.
The pool was fabulous
The beds and rooms very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
The gym area was a bonus

Book a villa in Dunas Douradas in June 2022. Great service start to finish. They always have a person at the end of the phone in addition to online. In advance they let us know their may be building work at an adjacent villa, and offered an alternative or discounted price on what we had already paid - I don't know any other companies would not had done this.
Friendly and helpful service when we arrived. Will use again, and recommend.

This is our second time booking with Sunhat. We cannot fault the service. If an issue has arisen, they are speedy in its resolution. Their properties are to a very good standard. They make the process very easy to understand and information is easily available through their app.
We will use again in the future.

Sun hat villas were excellent, giving updates and in communication with you all the way from booking to arrival. We had a personal rep Tina who was brilliant, we were unlucky with flights being delayed and other issues. Tina assisted us to rearrange schedules to get our holiday back on track. We felt thoroughly taken care of.
The accommodation was lovely, we truly enjoyed our stay , the garden and pool area felt luscious and a real luxury. Shame to have to leave.

Sun Hat Villas are simply the best holiday company I have ever dealt with and we have been returning customers for many years as they are a pleasure to deal with.
The office staff are so professional and knowledgeable about Portugal and deal promptly with any questions or requests. I have never had to chase them once. Also, their reps in resort are always there to assist, Sam especially is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and ensured we had a wonderful experience whilst there. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Excellent company, only wish l had found sooner! Brilliant customer care, emails were always answered on the day with any queries no matter what they were, also were always available on the phone to talk to, which is a rare thing nowadays. Was of a great comfort to know this, especially Lily May thank you for looking after everything for us .
Villa was outstanding, exactly as advertised as was everything. Will definitely be booking again and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to feel safe and secure and having a completely stress free holiday.

Great website, easy to book, fantastic customer services and you can actually speak to somebody on the phone, who were always very helpful. Our Villa was outstanding and exceeded our expectations and there were lots of extra personal touches which made us feel special on arrival. I cannot praise Lily-May in England and Tina in Portugal enough for their quality customer services and because of them we will definitely book with Sunhat Villas again.

The company was very efficient and organised the holiday but our experience was let down by the Villa needing abit of tlc which should have been done before rentals

Sun Hat Villas are a very professional company. They have a good selection of villas, the villa we chose was as described and they arranged our taxi to/from which went according to plan. Sun Hat staff were very helpful and experienced, I would definitely recommend.
