Great experience
The website is easy to navigate and the pictures are good quality of the product.
David Barcowas extremely helpful in answering my questions and helping me make a final decision before ordering.
I am sick to death of automated robotic options, David was personable and even gave me the option to take my card information as opposed to the form method.

I received my order rather quickly
I received my order rather quickly. The strobe lights didn't come with trim bezels. I wasn't aware they needed to be purchased separately. A suggested compatible item to go with the purchase would have been helpful, maybe there was but if so it didn't catch my attention.
I was given a free gift for being a great customer! A strip of lights with a remote made me feel so very grateful for 5 minutes until half the light strip went out Curtailing the happiness. I was such a great customer that Super Bright gave me garbage.

Regarding the strobe lights, the product page does note in the product overview that “This product does not include a mounting bracket; compatible bezel mount sold separately.” We understand that this information can be easy to overlook, and we appreciate your feedback that a more noticeable suggestion for the compatible bezel could be helpful.
As for the complimentary light strip, we're sorry that part of it stopped working. The gift was provided as a thank-you for being a great customer, and certainly not with the intention of disappointing you. We’d be happy to look into the light strip issue and see what we can do to help.

We’re sorry to hear that you had this experience with the bulbs. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn’t hold up as expected. Since these are mini festoon bulbs, they are very small and delicate, so they do need to be handled with care.
We did notice that the RMA was submitted with the reason that the wrong part was ordered. We just want to clarify this because a product being damaged and ordering the wrong part are two different return reasons. Our records show that a prepaid shipping label was provided to you on 9/10 based on the report that the wrong bulbs had been purchased.
No worries, though. Once we receive the bulbs, our team will review them, and a refund will then be issued to your original method of payment.
