Hi Aaron,

We’re sorry to hear that you had this experience with the bulbs. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn’t hold up as expected. Since these are mini festoon bulbs, they are very small and delicate, so they do need to be handled with care.

We did notice that the RMA was submitted with the reason that the wrong part was ordered. We just want to clarify this because a product being damaged and ordering the wrong part are two different return reasons. Our records show that a prepaid shipping label was provided to you on 9/10 based on the report that the wrong bulbs had been purchased.

No worries, though. Once we receive the bulbs, our team will review them, and a refund will then be issued to your original method of payment.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the frustration surrounding the #194 LED bulbs and understand how inconvenient it can be to have a vehicle’s gauge cluster out while waiting for replacement parts.

We do want to clarify that the order referenced in your review was placed under a different customer’s information. We have already been in direct contact with the customer regarding the issue. The defective bulbs were returned to us, and replacement bulbs have already been shipped.

As part of our follow-up, our Test Lab also performed a quality check on the #194 Natural White bulbs in question. No issues were found with the product during testing. While this does not change the experience you described, we appreciate you bringing the concern to our attention so we could investigate it further.

We also apologize for the frustration you experienced while trying to reach our Customer Service team. We strive to make it easy for customers to get the help they need, whether by phone, live chat, or email, and we’re sorry we did not meet that expectation in this instance.

Your order was placed on September 7, which was Labor Day. Our office was closed for the holiday, so your order shipped the next business day via USPS Standard Delivery, as requested. When your order shipped, a shipping confirmation email was sent to you with your USPS tracking number.

According to the tracking information associated with your order, your package is currently out for delivery and is expected to be delivered today, Wednesday, September 16.

We also want to clarify the review request you received. The initial review request is regarding your shopping experience and any experience you may have had working with one of our representatives; it is not a request to review the product itself. A separate product review request will be sent after your order has a confirmed delivery.
