I was clothes shopping for a Christmas gift for my Great Niece. She chose a skirt but this was not in her size. The Shop Assistant ordered for home delivery, postage free and 5 days later it was delivered. Fabulous customer service.

Superdry customer service. A nightmare
Item arrived late . It’s to large . Tried to fill in returns sheet on Superdry site . Not easy to do at all . In fact it wasn’t working. Then tried to call customer services . Now that’s a major challenge. After 6 hrs somebody finally answered. Superdry please go back to sending paperwork out with orders .
Basically. Superdry customer service a nightmare.
