Very helpful Bournemouth shop staff
Ordered a sale item online, which didn't fit. Took it to the Bournemouth store, staff were friendly and extremely helpful in getting a replacement ordered, which arrived sooner than expected.

Lovely employees and good service
I came into the store in Bournemouth to see if you had a hoodie that I wanted to get for my dad’s birthday. When I couldn’t find it I asked the lady at the tills if you had any. She told me that unfortunately you didn’t have it in store but I could pay for it there and get it delivered so I did. The lady was really helpful and let me know the timeframe that the hoodie would arrive. It came within 4 days and it was neatly packaged and the exact size and pattern that I wanted.

Delivery itself was pretty fast, but I found out about it a day or two later, when I went to the shop to ask about my order. Turnes out: they forgot to book my order in (when was delivered), so I didn't receive a notification on time.

Received an online delivery from…
Received an online delivery from superdry to find it was unsuitable for me so I took it back to my local store for an exchange after looking what they had on the shop floor I could,nt see anything so went to the till and asked the girl if by any chance she had what I was looking for maybe in there stock room she very politely spoke to her colleague and asked her to check for me and low and behold they had my size just there I was so delighted I couldn't thank her enough and walked out the shop a very satisfied customer, kind regards Mrs J Beaton
