The item purchased was good.
The item purchased was good.
However I have paid for delivery and had to take the item into a store to have the security tag removed at additional travel cost. Once in the store they could not remove the tag as it was larger and I had to wait around whilst they went into another store with the item and remove the tag. This was Solihull store in Touchwood.

Customer service at Solihull Branch First Class.
Re.the gentleman who served us today at the Solihull branch - he was polite,respectful and patient. All together a good experience. The products was delivered within 3 working days. Shop lady who assisted in selecting two items was also first class.
