Beware! This company is a scam using fake reviews. They took our money and never provided translation of the documents. We will be filling a BBB, Consumer Affairs, State Biz and IRS for fraud against this company.

Not a scam but horrible service. My birth certificate was full of errors. I sent two documents and they cancel one, refund me the money without any explanation. Not way to talk to them over the phone. Really frustrating experience.

We needed a translation for a birth certificate. Selected the 1-3 days option and received it back in 1.5 days. Certified, clean, great service. The scam reviews are really unfair, the service was fast and great.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE INCORRECT TRANSLATION. IVE SUBMITTED REVISION REQUESTS MULTIPLE TIMES TO NO AVAIL. THERE IS NO NUMBER TO CALL AND THEY NEVER RESPOND TO THE EMAILS THEY REQUEST YOU SEND. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS GARBAGE.

I agree with the others that believe negative reviews are from some sort of competitor. I just received a perfect translation of my MSc certificate from Latin to English, as required by my PhD program. No issues at all.

Sent two documents for translation, they translated the same document twice, I kept reaching out to support, they kept referring to then Google drive where we had 2 translations from the same document, and would not just ask the translator to fix it and give me the second document.

SCAM ALERT!!!
I ordered my bachelor's degree translation but then figured out that this company wasn't trustworthy. Then, I immediately requested the cancellation, but they never responded. Yet I received a hideous translation with countless errors in my document. They never fixed or refunded me. Now I'm disputing via my bank to get my money back.

It’s a scam, don’t waste your time and money. I ordered translation of single page document, they claimed it will be ready in 1-3 business days. Did not get it in 5, emailed them twice with no response, had to dispute transaction through my bank.

Really bad translation that was quite obviously AI generated. They got dates and addresses completely wrong and didn’t even translate parts of my document. I wasted $36 on this garbage company.

They sent me the translation before the two business days. I recommend this company. (I think the negative comments here are from competitors who charge more for the service).

That just has option that what language you want to be translated

I’ve noticed that name last name date of birth mostly thing was wrong I’ve edited
Them I’ve noticed they did translate from Arabic to English
Which I’m not arabs
I’m Persian
They should had to figured that should be from Farsi to English
I’ve even explained they did still from Arabic to English
And this was for my interview for Imagration for my citizenship
Never ever again

Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with Sure Translation and hopefully it will help you make an informed decision for your translation needs. First, I saw all the negative reviews and I was like hmmmm, seems odd. If you are like me, then I'm sure before you commit to a purchase you check the reviews. I found it odd that there were only 7 reviews so far, all were negative, and all saying the same thing. But I know that most people these days never leave reviews, good or bad for that matter. They just want something quick and then move on and forget. Anyway, not to bore you, so I decided to give Sure Translation a fair shot.

I had to get a number of documents translated from Espanol to English to submit to the USCIS for a visa for my wife. I am just a normal guy, I am not being paid to write and submit this, I don't work for the company nor am I affiliated, and I am simply trying to help the next person(s) who read this.

Below I will tell you what I saw on their website and what I actually received.

So first, let's start with what I saw on their website:

*"100% guaranteed acceptance by USCIS"
*"Lowest rate on the internet at $18 per page"
*"Stamped certification of accuracy"

The price quote was right up-front, $18 per page, which is the cheapest cost I have seen so far. Also, I found several other translation services that were charging by the page up to a certain amount of words, then charged extra for each additional word! According to the website, the delivery service of the certified translation is in the form of an emailed non-editable PDF file. The turnaround time listed on the website says 1 day. After submitting my documents, I quickly received an email confirmation stating a 1 to 3 business days turnaround - which was good with me - and an expected delivery by date.

Documents submitted: 4:30pm on May 24
Documents received: 12:22pm on May 25

Less than 24 hours later I received an email stating my documents were ready to be downloaded. I clicked a link that sent me to my Google Drive and it listed all finished translations all in PDF format. I downloaded the documents and reviewed them and everything looked good. Even better you can make a suggestion(s) for an edit or revision to the document and it will be ready the following business day, according to the link from the email I received. I was curious about this edit/revision option and went into one of the documents to take a look. No, you can't just go in and start editing on your own or making stuff up, it is merely a request to make an amendment to the provided translation (for example like changing "calle verde" in Espanol to "green street" in English). The website also says you make "unlimited revisions", and although I did not make any request for edits or revisions, I thought this option was really cool. Now, with that being said, I have no idea if you will actually have your request(s) to edit or revise your document(s) approved or if you actually can make unlimited revisions. As far as the translation I received, it is word-for-word from your document, so if you are reading it you may see a few odd wordings that look weird but are the translation of the actual word, or maybe your last name is in all CAPS because that is the way your document was typed/written. Make sure that when you do submit your documents they are clear and legible, because I made that mistake. Yup, rookie mistake by me, but I didn't even realize it at first. One of the documents I submitted was a bit hard to read, and it was from over 50 years ago and handwritten. Although it was a legitimate document - even with an apposite stamp from the country where it was issued - it was still hard to read. I actually got an email the same day saying that my money was refunded for this document, I assume because it was unreadable, although the email did not specify the reason for the refund. All the other document translations I received were all good.

So let's take a look at what I actually received from Sure Translation:

*up-front price quote on the website with exact details of when and how you will receive the translation(s).
*less than 24-hour turnaround (twice)
*an email with access to a PDF(s) that I could download with the translation of my document from Espanol to English with a stamped certified letter from the translator.
*great customer service with an option to suggest edits/revisions, quick emails when your order is confirmed and when it is ready, and promptly offering refunds.

Questions?

*100% guaranteed acceptance by USCIS? - I have no clue. I am about to submit my documents to the USCIS and I see no reason why it would not be accepted.
*edits or revisions are possible with unlimited revisions? The website claims the answer is yes, but I haven't tried.
*Am I satisfied? Yes, more than satisfied and will use their services again!
