Excellent service from quote to installation! Never felt pressure to purchase. Lovely installers who worked solidly in the freezing weather. New windows look great! Even the minor hiccup of one glass pain being broken on delivery was resolved quickly and without quibble. Very happy. Will definitely be a returning customer for any other windows we get done.

The whole process from start to finish with Sussex Surry Doors and Windows was easy. From getting a quote to getting it installed everyone involved was very professional and ready to answer any questions we had.

Throughout the process the staff were helpful, clear, friendly and professional. They took real pride in their work. The windows themselves are beautiful, the olive grey flush look have transformed my 1950s house, and also will help keep it warm and carefully ventilated. The fitters were very efficient, worked quickly but accurately and checked every detail with me, again taking real care with their work. It was my biggest outlay of my renovations but definitely worth it. I highly recommend.
