Sussex Surrey Doors and Windows Reviews 

We have just had all of our windows and doors replaced by Sussex Surrey and can't speak highly enough of every aspect of the process. From our initial conversations with Barry, who opened up the showroom to accomodate us on a weekend when it was normallly closed, and Dan, who measured, advised, and surveyed our existing doors and windows, through to the exceptional work done on the installation by Duncan and John. The finish is superb, and the installation was done with the minimum of fuss, and mess. We are absolutely delighted with the transformation that the windows and doors have created, and would highly recommend the services of Sussex Surrey Doors and Windows to anyone that is looking to replace their own windows and doors. And all completed at a very competitive price !!

I am very happy with all aspects of the service I received. Good communication with Julie from the start and Barry had some great ideas as I was changing all my windows and doors that were very old and broken. Dan's survey visit resulted in excellent attention to detail to ensure the installation would go well which was very reassuring.
I was impressed with the fitting by Tony and Jon who were organised and accurate throughout. They did an excellent job and I'm very happy with my new windows and doors.

From very first contact to very minor correction after installation, the service from Sussex Surrey Doors and Windows has been faultless. Simon was always very responsive and helpful, and all the people who worked hard for delivery installation and after care all very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend!

Moved to a bungalow with windows that have been in for forty years. Contacted Sussex and Surrey Doors and Windows, they came out next day to give us a quote, followed by surveyor couple of days later. Five weeks later they have been installed. Very pleased with quality of product, the two chaps doing the job very meticulous and very clean. Would highly recommend.

We bought a new set of patio doors and are absolutely delighted with them. We had excellent service from start to finish. Simon helped with our selection and was very pleasant to deal with offering advice without ever being pushy. The doors were ordered and delivered very efficiently and on time. Our fitter Tony was also very nice and did a very neat and tidy job removing the old doors and replacing with the new very efficiently and leaving no mess. Simon carry on to be the customer antagonist you will soon realise that’s is not the way to respond. A few people did warm me about you but I was kind enough to give you a chance. See I am not surprised that there are loads of article in the press about you. Keep digging Simon and this will go on perpetually.

We had Barry come to measure up for the new Windows and Front door,he was very helpful talking us through openings and door and window handles etc.
Steve and Tyler came to fit the Windows and door.Both were friendly ,clean and tidy in their work and have made a super job .Thank you all .

Had some windows installed in June and within 2 days found some issues. We were promised an engineer would be out if we pay the balance. We paid, but nobody came. They then said they had passed the matter to the manufacturer who have quoted 2 months to come out to look at them. So it seems once they have your money they don’t care.

As I write this review the fitters are on site.

From start to finish the service has been wonderful. The showroom staff and surveyors are really accomodating, the range is excellent and the quality is top-notch. The fitters are fun, friendly and super helpful. They are also polite and tidy.

Prices are competitive and communication is perfect. Really, what more can you ask for?
