Lifetime experience - team helped plan meticulously with a custom itinerary. Kept us informed throughout and helped us plan our trip, what to pack and what to expect. The tour guides were amazing, very knowlegeable and experienced.. Will repeat it again with Swoop

Excellent planning! Everything goes smoothly! This is not an easy plan, because we are old people (60+63) and are not good at hiking! We complete 5 difficult trails in six days in two different countries with swoop’s help! The tour guiders are extremely patient, especially Mario valenzisi！ Without their help, we could not have completed this Patagonia hike trip within one week! Thanks!

The trip that Swoop organized for me was exactly what I dreamed of - and it went beautifully despite challenging weather in Torres del Paine most of the days I was there. The Explora Lodge there is glorious as a place to stay and the people who work there are incredibly kind, intelligent, knowledgeable and generous. When something came up that needed followup help after the trip, the Swoop people worked wonderfully with the Explora people to make everything come out beautifully. I am grateful that I had this experience in my life.

The company does a great job with coordinating all the details, accommodation, transfers etc. So there is very little stress. Accommodations were great. Patagonia camp was the best!

The guides we had were amazingly friendly and kind, and made sure that the trip was as smooth as possible. Everything went super smoothly the whole time, from getting picked up at our hotel, to getting dropped off again! They really took care of everything and as a bonus they were great to spend time with as well!

I highly recommend the experience that we had. Our guides Lucille and Marina were outstanding. Their knowledge of the area, experience in the park, and careful attention to detail receive a five star rating. The way the days were organized really allowed us to see the highlights of the park and immerse ourselves in a fantastic experience.

Additionally, the staff and all the information we received from them prior to our adventure was very well organized and informative. Thanks to this information and the valuable content we received. It made our experience extremely positive and we were very well prepared. Thank you so much to everyone for making this such a memorable vacation!

We did the 3 day "fast W". The stay in the riverside domes was very comfortable. The food was excellent. Our guide Maurico was fabulous. Great knowledge of the floral, fauna and geology of Torres del Paines. The cultural insights were also very informative.

This company does an excellent job listening to what you want and designing it for a customized experience. Lots of communication throughout the whole process to include a separate portal for you to track milestones that you need to know before your trip. They also provide a ton of little five minute videos which show you what to pack for day trips and various other activities so you are better prepared. This company is excellent and if you are interested in Patagonia travel I would look to no one else.

Everything was excellent - the organisation in advance and support from the Team; the transfer in from El Calafate, and return; the accommodation both at Ecocamp (we had a Suite Dome - worth the extra) and also the 2 nights camping at refugios; the food; the Guides Tomas and Chris who were great with the group and gave so much interesting and informative information. And the variety - including varied walking, views of the French Valley and the Grey Glacier, a boat trip, and the ultimate hike up to the Base of Las Torres. An unforgettable experience
