Professional and genuinely caring.
UPS made an error and my delivery was sent back, but Wolf at Swtch personally stepped in and took ownership of the situation. He arranged for a replacement package to be prepared immediately and sent straight to the building site, knowing I had contractors scheduled to start work that day.

Despite it being a very small order, they treated me as though I were their most important customer.
That, to me, is true professionalism.
