I have always used Symonds and Sampson in the past for renting and recently for selling my home. All the staff are very helpful and friendly, but Steve Allen always goes the extra mile. He is experienced, knowledgeable and patient. He always gives excellent advice in a friendly manner which recently resulted in a very successful property sale, I cannot praise him enough!

I have rented a property with S&S for 4 years, the letting team have been fantastic. Despite having a rather tricky landlord, the girls have been really kind, helpful and professional. Trudi, Gemma and Karen have all been great. A special mention has to go to Trudi for going above and beyond to help me during a stressful last few months. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

We are letting a property with Symonds & Sampson and from start to finish everything has gone smoothly.
Any queries we had were dealt with straight away and in a professional manner, nothing was too big or too small.

We sold and bought our houses this year with Symonds and Sampson in Bridport. Though we initially wanted to go with purple bricks to save money, I was impressed with the argument Daniel made for using a local estate agent, and the decision was absolutely the right one. Daniel had people in mind who were looking for a property like ours and he was able to secure a sale for us within two weeks of putting it on the market. The service was speedy and efficient, Isobella marketed it beautifully for us and the whole team were helpful and friendly throughout the process. They also advised and negotiated when needed, making the process as pain free as possible.

Absolutely awful company, no help what so ever when we were vacating our rented property. We had to chase them for what we should be doing with the house, a checklist etc…we heard nothing from them for weeks then a week before we were due to leave they then send us an email with everything they needed to be done but however with the lack of time they gave us to get it done was completely unrealistic.
Unless you want to do the work yourself and constantly chase them then they are for you!
Also really bad attitude and no help what so ever. Will never buy or rent a house with this company again.

After using another agent, who were really poor, to try and sell my property, I was recommended to use Symonds & Sampson, Poundbury. I am so glad I did as they have been superb all the way through. Don’t normaly leave review but the journey from viewing the property to the purchase has give faith in estate agents (I’ve brought a few properties estate agent have always been a nightmare)
