Her communication was second to none, and the whole process was seamless….so seamless in fact that the new tenants moved in three weeks to the day after it was first marketed! My partner and I recently bought our very first property at auction with Symonds & Sampson on the 16th of May, and the whole experience was genuinely brilliant. As first-time buyers, the process felt quite overwhelming at times, but the team went above and beyond to support us.

We only viewed the property two weeks before the auction and completely fell in love with it. From that moment on, Shula was absolutely incredible – always friendly, quick to respond to all our calls and emails, and genuinely lovely to speak with. She was so helpful, calm, and reassuring, which made all the difference during what could have been a very stressful couple of weeks.

Symonds and Sampson (Sturminster Newton office) dealt with the sale of my mum's house which completed at end of March 2025. Mum is in her 90's and staff accompanying the many viewings were lovely with her. We were always given feedback from prospective buyers and kept up to date. Very professional service from all staff but Shula in particular deserves a mention. We sold through the auction process which was completely unfamiliar to us but Shula walked us through each step and made it all very straightforward. She was always responsive to emails and phonecalls and was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend Symonds and Sampson.

One of the easiest but strangest transactions for Matt from the Beaminster office. We were away in France for a month when the house we'd been watching came back on the market. One phone call and a FaceTime viewing later and our offer was accepted. Matt was excellent throughout. Kept the process bubbling along and was communicative throughout. If only he was the agent trying to sell my current home but its at least 150 miles out of his area.
