Been buying from here multiple times never had an issue not sure if they changed material to cheaper quality i purchased chair covers all looked normal when using them after the party customer apologized for some ripped chair covers that people complained when sitting they tear open from the top WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT thinking we use good quality we are using cheap material items!!!!! Customer support was NO HELP AT ALL!!

The website advertises free returns but when you try to return something, the shipping label is only free if you accept store credit. If you want a refund back to your card, they offer you half your purchase price and the other half pays for the return label. This seems like false advertising to me.

Love 💕 these runners. The purple is such a beautiful color. I purchased the gold and green a few years ago and they are holding up beautifully. I am all set for Mardi Gras! I hand wash them and let air dry. Touch them up with an iron and they are ready for the party.

The Butterfly Boxes were beautiful and bigger than I expected. Had to go buy more candy! lol

We purchased the oblong and 90 inch round tablecloths for a funeral luncheon. Once I ironed out the wrinkles, the table cloths were perfect. The fabric is much heavier than those we have previously rented, and the cost was less than rental.

The paper plates I ordered for a shower are too flimsy for handling food safely. I barely bent the edge of a plate and it tore. I decided to return the plates and matching cups and napkins but discovered that it would cost me more to return them than I paid for them. This is not a reputable company.
