I would say one the best services. Andrea Garrido is one of the finest reps that you'll come across. Specially for a person like me who was an amateur using there portal for the first time and blasting her with loads of questions and she helped with class.

I had a very bad experience with TAFS .They said that a broker only paid half of a invoice so they only paid me half of the money.When I got proof of payment from the broker showing check number the date it was sent and the account it was sent to.Then they changed their story and said they missed and gave me to much money.They started giving me the runaround giving me different departments to call and they started sending my calls to voicemail. They take all day to answer the phone.All I can say if you have any problems out of them just write BBB on them. They wouldn’t give me a letter of release so once I wrote BBB showing the proof of payment TAFS sent me a letter of release.Why did you think they sent it?Because I didn’t owe them they was mad because I didn’t want to renew my contract with them because I didn’t know that it automatically renew locking you in a contract with them.Who want to do business with people that don’t answer the phone and stealing from the people that submit invoices with them.All I can tell you is don’t do it. They ain’t good.Keep track of all your invoices if you deal with them.

I have been having trouble the last few weeks on getting paid. From delay advance. Today was the best. I feel like the lady did her job very well. I believe this situation should of been fixed 10 days ago. I've talked to threw different people the broker even spoke to someone. Today was the best yet.

My experience with tafs started off rocky because, I was new to owner operator, as now we're 3 years down and how have me and TAFS have grown, for the better ! I gave them the worst time because I truly didn't understand the rules and truly didn't understand that every FACTORING COMPANY charged fees don't let them fool you , and at TAFS they have such A great understanding TEAM , I blow my wig and they stay professional at all times , the client svcs team Maria and Sebastian are the best Juan Diego it's ilke family they truly ilke to see small companies grow , but remember to just have lil patience they're they to help you succeed , thank again TAFS
