Great experience working with TAFS.

I always speak with Ingrid. She always answers all my questions, very polite, nice and helpful.

I have been with TAFS for 8 years now. They offer good factoring service. I have always had a problem with my account representative that where rude or would not fix the issue. Right now, I have the best of the best account representative her name is Ingrith. She provides great help to my company and goes the extra miles to help and resolve the issue. Witht the services that TAFS offer to their carriers and more people like Ingrith carriers will be happy. One thing I do recommend is more communication on verification team. When funding an invoice the verification team doesn't let us know of email was sent to broker or at least copy the carrier so we can call the broker and make the process faster. The verification team sends back invoice without an explanation. I just I submitted 2 invoices and less than the 10 minutes only funded 1 with no explanation. The verification team needs to do their job.

Kindness and help me with my situation was very professional

The company don’t show you respect and talk to you how ever thy want. We got dedicated lane we do five times a week and every time submit invoice thy all reject it and take till Sunday to paid us

Your Company is very thorough in the review of Data, which can be frustrating, but you try to make it easy through the use of your entry data platform and uploading documents. When data is missing or wrongly submitted, you strive to be helpful to fix errors and complete transactions. The Funds are always disbursed to the bank accounts as requested promptly.

Tafs is not a bad company when things are going good and you work within the network, the few issues I have had over the past four years dealing with Tafs have been working outside the network to keep my truck moving and not being able to get a LOR for that one payment and have to use delayed payment which is not good for a small company cause your out of pocket with that load and have to wait for payment. I feel if Tafs offer a letter of release for just that company that is not in they network or in delinquent payment shouldn't hold up another client pay to collect old debt just give the LOR for that particular company to not hold they client up from being paid. other than that issue Tafs is not bad at all Laura one of they agents goes the extra mile to help you and keep you happy she have been a great help to me for a while now I love hearing her voice when she answers I know things are going to get moving and she going to try her best and be honest of the situation thank you Laura your the best...
