TAFS offers outstanding service! We've never had an issue when it comes to submissions and always get our funds on time. Having an individual rep allows for easy communication and immediate problem solving. Outside of funding they are always a call or e-mail away to assist in any way they can to make sure we are running successfully!

Good factoring company , good services

This is the worst company in the world, don’t ever use them!! They are thieves and liars, I was tricked and forced into this contract. It’s my fault cause I should have read the reviews first, but I was new so I know better now. They are not here to help you grow your business, they are here to get paid from your hard work, that’s it..They need to be put out of business ASAP! From the customer service, the fees, the difficulties of using their card with YOUR money on it, leaving it up to their clients to contact debtors that haven’t paid, poor communication, make clients pay the debt of unpaid invoices from companies that they’ve approved, lies, just pure misery!! I can not wait to end my contract in December 2024. They will make you wanna stop your business until your contract is up. They get a -10 stars.

Lots of Hidden Fees. Overall Factoring Rate is 1-3% more than expected. Their app crashes very often, i used Android then went to IOS and it still crashes at least 3 times per invoice. They have a horrible custumer service. When you sign the contract, they wont tell you that is for 1 year and you have to pay a big early termination fee to get out of the contract or notify them 3 month before your contract automatically renews

We are sending over 14 invoices in and only getting paid for 4 invoices?? Please stay away. TAFS is trash. They will try to put you out of business. STAY AWAY... We will be contacting BBB. i advise everyone should report them. They need to be put out of business.

Worst factoring ever.
That’s rip of the business and like scam just taking money, whatever they promise at the beginning never happened and you will pay more % for their service as it’s all additional fees or commitment and by the way it’s impossible to terminate the contract earlier.

Worst company ever run don’t walk

Trying to sell like it’s his last day, wasted 35min of my time on the phone and that was still not enough. Still made me hang up on him. Very outdated selling model. Disrespectful of your time.

This is the most useless company you can ever have interaction with. They lack business plans & procedures. Each staff gives different reasons & to top it up, the supervisor are the worse ever. Cant believe this business exit

Les doy una estrella porque no existe la opción de nada con TAFS trabajé un poco más de 7 años. No tengo nada positivo que decir, son los peores del mercado siempre engañando y cobrando por todo y crean un mecanismo para librarse de ellos que es fatal me tomo años librarme de ese cáncer y hasta el ultimo día fue con mentiras y engaños. No lo recomiendo a menos que disfruten el estrés.
Solo algunos datos, me cobraron por años por cada ACH $10.75 el porcentaje 3% y al final queriendo negocia despué de estafarme tanto para mi es un nido de cucarachas.

RTS LOS mejores tienen un equipo de profesionales preparador y muy amable que te juega LIMPIO. Tiene fuel Card con buenos descuentos y factoring con $ cero cobro por ACH depósito y porcentaje competitivos.

They lie from the beginning. I have had them withhold my money without good cause and had to fight to get it back. I have been charged fees that they said they would not charge. I was tricked into the fuel card with the thought that it would save us money. I almost never saw discounts and was charged fees for it that outweighed the discount that I did get. When I stopped using it I was still charged a fee monthly for it even though the card was not active. The customer service is a joke. There is no way to go above anybody to discuss the issues either. If they do send you to a "manager" then it is just another customer service rep who refuses to help or will act like they are but then you don't see a result and don't hear back from them. I tried to speak to their "legal" team once about my contract and they said that I couldn't. I tried to reach accounting about an issue with payments and I was told no. You can only speak to the incompetent customer service staff. I was lucky to have found a couple of companies that helped me make sure I got paperwork out intime to be able to get out of my contract when the time came. You have a small window of time to tell them you will not renew and it is not in a time frame that you would expect so it is easy to miss. They try very hard to con you into another year contract with outrageous fees to get out of and they will not let another factoring company buy you out of it. Once you sign their vague contract you are screwed for a year.

hola a todos los que puedan leer este mensaje, Por lo que mas amen en su vida no se involucren con esta factoria Tafs es lo peor que pude hacer en mi vida haber hecho contrato con ellos es mi peor pesadia,cambian sus reglas a cada rato solo para su conveniencia, Te hacen charge back cuando tu mas necesitas el dinero y nunca te lo regresan no te dejan salirte de con ellos te obligan a permanecer ahi por que los cantratatos son solamente para su convenienci unas vez te involucras con ellos la unica manera de salirte de ellos es cerrar tu compania, yo despacho muchos carries y los obligaron a cerrar para ver de salirse de con ellos son insencibles no te ayudan en nada por favor si ya estas con ellos salte lo mas pronto que puedas si no estas con ellos por lo que mas ames en tu vida no te metas con esta gente son una basura deberiamos unirlos todos los que no estamos de acuerdo con sus polizas para buscar una manera de salirnos de ellos NO TE METAS CON ESTA FACTORIA SON LO PEOR QUE TE PUEDAS IMAGINAS

Tafs will constantly change their business practices to beat you out a dollar. They use to attach a note to invoice “sent email to verify “.
They no longer do that, also they use to send invoice back to you if not verified in time frame .
Now they hold invoice to charge you an extra batch fee . You will pay for a service that is not provided by tafs . They are CROOKS
