I hated that I even had to give them a one star save your time do not sign up for this company. They will force you to use them. They have a bunch of hitting fees. They force you to put it on the card that no one seems to know how to activate You try to go into the website to figure out what’s going on to find out your accounts and active but yet you’re stuck in a contract for a year the sales person that we use Sebastian is nothing but a bowl face liar. He did not tell us all these fees he claims he did but he did not. He is not responding to my messages that I’m sending to him asking him why I cannot get into my account why we’ve had funds that we can’t get access to what little bit that was stolen from us And his manager was also just unhelpful as arrested people with this company if you’re smart, do not use this company. If anybody by the name of Sebastian contact you from this company, do yourself a favor hang up the phone you will save yourself a lot of headaches.

I hope this will help anyone to NOT sign with TAFS. I was lied to by Sebastian when he contacted me about this company. I was told about the fee for receiving our funds by them, but not about all the other fees. They will nickel and dime you so they take more money than you make. Unfortunately. I’m stuck for a year, but it will not be a pleasant year having to deal with a company that basically steals funds for ridiculous fees. They will charge you a set up fee(a security fee, open account fee), they will charge you a fee for underwriting to do their review of your account, also they will charge you additional if you don’t use their fuel card (which I told them I didn’t want from the start). I was told by Sebastian that I didn’t have to take it, but failed to tell me that I would be charged extra for not using it. Signing the contract was the worst thing I have done. I will do my best not to submit invoices to them until I can get away from this sorry , lying company. This was a big regard I have done. I will post on very site about how sorry this place is and how much Sebastian lied to me. Bad business.

they hostage your money i dont know other word to describe this buissnes , they are always changing their rules in order to prevent fraud they say and they are the ones committing fraud , having tafs is like you work for them you need to call your brokers and get payment updates then call tafs to advice about the payment , the agents working there are useless , other thing i found out , if you have money in the reserves they will never let you recover that money , the excuse now is that if you have a invoice with 30 days old even if the payment is on the way they will hostage that money until you have 0 invoices over 30 days , it use to be different the reserves was always able to pull out no matter what , but like i say they do this type of things to hold your money, trying to be respectful about the matter but its easy to find kind words for them when they are making your hard earned money go to their pockets

Tafs is the worst company eve. I believe my success is they success instead they would hold you responsible for the contents in the contract to bully, and threat you. I should have never signed with them, they were many signs telling me not to but I did. Customer service is the worst, representative of the company is given by false name just to show you are shady they are. The way they batch other companies and their contracts is exactly how they do business. It takes days to get in touch with someone when you finally do they feed you with lies and BS.

This is the worst company I came across with. Not sure where to even begin. First Able they are so rude when it comes to their customer service and just refuse assisting you with any issues that you have. Please stay away from this company. Whenever the previous owner signed the contract with TAFS. As the new owner should have an option who to do business with. So whenever you want to terminate the contract. No one is willing to assist you with that matter. They are being rude and tell you to read the contract. I have lots of people who does trucking and in this industry. Believe me, they will hear about it and are not going to want to do business with someone like this company TAFS.

Stay away from the. At all costs. We are a dispatch company with more than 30 carriers. 1 third of them are with TAFS. I Will not go into details. But it's just frustrating and inhumane. They withhold payments for literally no reason. Just sending an email notice that finds are blocked. There's no possibility to communicate via email with them. Nor via phone. They never answer nor call back. Our carriers are waiting for weeks even months

I never send bad reviews, but this company is the worst company I have ever encountered. They are scammers and I’m unhappy with them. All of my business friends asked me what factoring company do I recommend and it’s a shame I couldn’t recommend the company I’m using. TAFS is absolute worst experience in factoring that I have ever had. They have single handedly shut down my income. They DONT DO anything that try claim to do. They have kept my drivers money for loads in 2021 that have been paid. No one ever answered the phone. They charged me 1000.00 to give me a loan to pay them back money the stole from me. The money has been paid to them from the company but they won’t pay out and are charging us to get it. Somehow none is the supervisor, no one is over another person, no resolution , no nothing. I closed my company 31 Dec 2022 and today 11 May 2023 I was contacted by TAFS about a fee of $7.09 that I allegedly owe from a year ago. According to Customer Service this fee is the result of many factors that are not available when I tried to look it up on the portal. My experience is that all they do is send e-mails and do not pursue collections with this as a result. Contacting TAFS is usually useless and response to your call is met with attitude and rudeness. My recommendation to to find another factoring company. period

I dont know why This company still in the market didnt hear from single carrier or person that they are good . last year we sign some paper work i was looking for factoring company and agent Tyler Hall convince me to sign a papers . but after that i came to know that i cannot factore coz there some other company UCC in my company Name , so till we find out time past and i change my mind i dont need factoring the market not as before and didnt do any invoice with Tafs all this time. if i didnt invoice with them its mean i dont need factoring . i am asking this Tyler to terminate my account since january and they dont want to terminate and remove my company name on top of this they renew the contract . how you can renew if the customer didnt even put once invoice didnt use your service . this Tafs is really scam dont even use this factoring . i need to clear with them but they are refuzing . after all conversation in the end Tayler said that if we want to cancel you should send to some one i dont know who the notice in advance . but i was telling him over the phone and by email i want cancel noo but he act like my friend and kept till its renewed and after saying this again ower the phone . CARRIERS DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT TAFS MY ADVICE . TAFS is a scam. I’m Owner operator that factored with Tafs since 2021 . They auto renewed me without my permission.
So I wrote a letter in 11/2022 stating I wanted to be out of the contract.
I never got a response. I resent the original email which they claimed they never received. Then deleted my email request.
Someone their wasn’t even smart enough to know that it deleted on their end but I still had my original email .
This time I snapped a picture of the email and sent it as an attachment this way they couldn’t delete it .
I sent that message February 8 , 2023 on February 9, 2023 they agreed to let us out on March 12,2023 when contract was suppose to end . We were told we would be provided a letter on that date .
March 12 no letter but we got an email . No companies will honor the email because you need an official letter of release.
Now they are saying until the debtors pay the invoices ( which they have 30-60 days to pay we can get a letter of release.
We also can’t submit invoices to them anymore .
Causing us not to pay able to work with any company because no one will work with us without a release letter .
This is an unfair business practice .
The debtors are responsible for the payment not us but they are using this as a retaliation tactic . Leaving is no way to get paid .
If you have went thru a similar problem please reach out to me maybe we can join forces and stop Tafs from taking advantage of hardworking small trucking companies . I have submitted written terminated multiple times to no avail and have not received any response I’ve never factored anything with them yet they put a lien on my account everytime I call in to speak to a manager I get hung up on or I get transferred to no one picking up. If I knew it was this hard to communicate with this company I would’ve never picked up your phone call. I have emailed the representative before and now the same email responds with it’s not an available email. 0 is more than fair for this company! Unfortunately, we had the worst experience with them. as their client for a full year contact, the customer service was the worst among any other company. They are not answering to collaborating, now they owe us more than $15,000 and there is no good way to contact them and get them release our money; knowing that they got paid from the brokerage companies. what can w do to take our money back as we can't login and don't have an access to their portal. very disappointed and hoped that they would be professional!
