WORST Customer service. You sometimes have to wait days for a call back. Their factoring service is garbage and they actually made me feel threatened and extremely uncomfortable when I was not factoring enough with them. I had to explain to them that we no longer had certain contracts. The remaining contract we do have it takes forever to get my money, constant problems .

Please avoid this company they charging too much fees and they won’t pay your own money when i submitted first invoice 1 hour deposit they charged extra 25$ but didn’t received yet second invoice didn’t received too when i setup with them the guy he’s name is Dominick he said no contract you can leave any time today i spoke with them they said i have a contract then i called dominick i heard from him SORRY I CANNOT HELP YOU be careful guys

These is a garbage company 😒 they treat there clients ilke garbage there constantly losing payment and charging them back to you and then offer high interest loans for there mistakes , they allow children to handle your money and they continue to charge more fees every 6 Mos please don't sign up with these company it's garbage , you will lose more than you make oh they never ever know anything and forget about calling its a complete joke , and thr hang up on clients all the time ⏲️ 😉 and that's what the do when you asked for supervisor

I’m giving them 1star because you can’t give lower I’ve been using them for about a year they are impossible to contact. You wait on hold for hours. You can request a callback but it will never come. Their rates change regularly and then they pay on invoices at their discretion even if the debtor has a good rating according to their credit check.just recently I contacted them and knowing that I wouldn’t get a callback I stayed on hold for an hour and a half. Then finally needing to do some work I had to get off the phone so requested the callback option 2 hours later they actually did call after asking my question they read some boiler plate response and before I could ask anything more they hung up on me.

DO not do BUSSINESS WITH THEM WEBSITE WORKS SO BAD FUNDS MONEY LATE EVENING ,CHARGES FEE EVERY INVOICE AND YOU DONT HAVE DIRECT NUMBER TO YOU AGENT THERE IS NOONE IF YOU NEED HELP SO MESS AND TERMINATION POLICY 90 DAYS I WAS LATE TO DO SO GO RTS IS IS THE BEST . SO MESSED UP SERVICE TAFS

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR MORE CORRECTLY "NON-EXISTENT". This is ridiculous.. I have such a hard time with TAFS that I started to more than they do to factor invoice I was supposed to receive quickly... They have 0 customer service, I call them all the time almost knowing they will never answer. They just don't care about the bills and expenses you have to pay and sit on your money without your consent. It's been 6+ hours right now that TAFS still didn't call me back when it said my estimated time was "10 minutes". I have called again and waited 30minutes, but NO ANSWERS and it was not 10 minutes! I never heard from them!! Now all I can do is nothing but nothing..... I AM ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A RELIABLE FACTORING SERVICE! Owner of the company if you're reading this, go HIRE SOME PEOPLE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

HORRIBLE.. just horrible. Communication is horrible and actually STILL having issues with them now and our company has been gone for over a year. Stay Far Far away from this company.
