This jacket is horrible and the size was off an when you open the coat you see it looks as if someone put it together by sewing machine .it so bad you can take a seam ripper and pull the entire jacket apart with your hands

I spent over $250 on several outfits from this store, as they were advertised on Instagram and I have had great luck in the past. This particular vendor is an exception. These clothes are shipped from China, and therefore they are unable AND unwilling to return your product. The clothes, themselves, are made from itchy fabrics and despite my inability to return them, I cannot wear them due to this fact. I buy smalls in everything I wear, and the smalls that I purchased from this vendor are too small- not that that would matter, since they will not accept my return. I believe anyone who stands behind their product would offer a return, especially an online vendor. I do not know who these other reviews are left by, but I can tell you I do not believe they are real. BEWARE so you are not in the same boat as I am. The pictures do not show the poor fabric quality. I am clearly upset about this and will be posting my experience everywhere I can.

Horrible quality and smell. Not even worth $10 for all 3 outfits. Very bad communication from the vendor, shipping took 2 months to receive...I asked 6 times to return the merchandise and they don't answer on time. Tried refunding me $3USD, then $15 and now $30. I don't need this garbage merchandise. SCAMMERS. Do not buy from them.

Shipping is atrocious! It took months to receive my order. I had to email them several times to find out when I would receive my order. One of the items I ordered was out of stock and I still haven’t received my refund. If I hadn’t reached out to costumer service asking when I would receive my package, I don’t think I would have ever received the other items. And the clothes are so cheap. I’ve sent several emails to get a return slip and they keep asking me why I want to return them. They are the absolute worse. Will never shop here again.

Caution!!! Scammers !! Don't waste time and money !! The wrong product is being sent! No refunds! Money is not returned !! Be careful!! Complain about them on Instagram, Facebook so that they are blocked and they do not deceive people !!!!!

I wish I looked at the reviews before ordering. What a nightmare. Do not purchase from this site. Purchase made on 12/26. It is 3/2 and it still hasn’t been received. After contacting them multiple times they finally shipped on 1/27. Requested to at least have expedited shipping. I don’t think that is too much to ask. Instead I got FedEx by foot.

One of the sets I got is really really nice, I wear it everywhere, it’s the white one with the hearts, it sits very well on my body. The other one I got (the blue one) is okay. It doesnt sit on my body so nicely, but the quality of both is surprisingly really good. The shipping took a while though, I waited for about a month to receive my package.

I should have read these reviews before I ordered from this Companyseveral different designs in different colours. 2 types of Trainers plus canvas shoes plus 4 types of sandals. I ordered most of them one size up from what I usually take to be on the safe side. However, the nicest shoes which were sparkly, soft, velvety, trainers - were at least 2 to 3 sizes too small. Supposed to be an 8 more like a 5 & half or 6. The canvas shoes similarly were way too small for their sizing. I completed a request for replacement with corrected shoe sizing or refund. No response! I emailed, with pictures. I had included pictures showing the physical difference in the shoe sizing- (3 pairs of a different trainer were generous for the size) between those sent to me. Looking at all the problems people have had getting their issues resolved, and that they often ended up losing more money to return shoes - I gave up and gave away 9 or 10 pairs (canvas shoes & sparkly velvet soft trainers). Very disappointed, as I just loved the design & material of the shoes/trainers, just VERY MUCH smaller than actual labels said.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I literally have to print out emails to show my bank this is a fraudulent company.
I have emailed them for over a month and now all of a sudden my emails “can’t be delivered” to their 24/7 customer service.

JUST DONT!!!! I purchased product on December 21. I did not receive my package until February 7. The products were poor quality, awkwardly shaped. The company refuses to get back to me and give me my refund of over $150. I am so frustrated. At one point they asked me to send a picture of myself in the outfit. Completely unprofessional. Have no way of contacting them other than one email address.

I purchased 3 tops and one jumper set outfit. ~$160USD worth of clothes. Let's start off with the design, the items I received were cheap garbage, the "sweater" was more or less a t-shirt that looked like it came from a dollar store, with a junkie printed picture on it, literally not even close to the image on their site. The sizes are huge!! I usually wear a women's medium, I purchased small in the tops, and truly it was larger than a medium.

Lastly, they refuse to give me my money back. I received the package about a month after I placed my order, tried everything on that day, and then emailed to request a refund. I hadn't even had the items for a few hours. It's been a week and they keep beating around the bush about giving me a discount of $15.00 when I keep insisting I want a refund. I'm telling you this is a classic scam and I feel for it, don't fall for it.

Purchased 3 lounge wear and the cut and style is not like the photo on the web. Almost like a knock off of the real thing. The sizing is tricky since I assume are China sizes so they run small. Good thing these are lounge wear for indoors so I can still wear them. Material is synthetic so not great. Waited about 20 days to receive my order. Will not order from there again.

I like the material and the fit is good. It’s a little big but not too bad.

I was happy with the shopping experience but the shipment took weeks to arrive. I also think the sizing was a bit off as the items i ordered were a little big. I don't want to wait weeks again to get new ones so I'm going to just stick with what i have.

I was sooo skeptical, because i though it was just going to be another horribly made product. I had even ordered this type of clothing from other places and were so ugly and ill fitting BUT, when it arrived , I could see IMMEDIATELY it was of good quality and SOOOOOOOO WARM ! Since it’s arrival , I have worn it EVERYDAY FOR ALMOST 2 weeks ! I love how it looks, fits and feels . It’s perfection !!!! I will be ordering more from Tatinna !
