The outfits I purchased are perfect (sort of). The knit one is bit long for me (I’m 5’3) but, with my being pregnant and being able to pull it over my ever growing belly it worked. Not sure how I’ll wear the pants once the belly is gone and because it’s knitted I don’t think hemming is an option.. if anyone has any suggestions as to how I can shorten the pants without ruining them it would be greatly appreciated

Very fast delivery and the quality of the material was better than expected. Actually very good quality. Highly impressed.

Can you please explain to me why it took over a month for a response, and over a month for anyone to respond to anyone one of my 3 customer service emails, and a month for my order to be “processed”? Completely unacceptable.

Feedback for you:
1. Terrible customer service. Do a better job at putting customers first. It’s pretty apparent that they place profit over your customers.
2. Be better at communicating. Perhaps start by communicating shipping and processing time and that it may take 30+ days.
3. Be responsive. Instead of waiting until an escalation from credit card companies, because you failed at delivering and communicating efficiently, try communicating better with your customer.

Usually XS). But even post pregnancy I know I’ll be able to use the outfits.

They sent me a damaged item (a pull in the sweater pants) and then refused refund my money. The most they offered is $12 and it was a $60 set. It’s a scam.

My order came as soon as it could considering the issues with mail. The outfits are so cute and I am very pleased with how they look. I will order more items from Tatinna.

My wife ordered 2 jumpsuits from here for about $100 USD and they did not fit correctly at all. When we reached out for a refund they only wanted to give us a $9 refund and the max went to $19. They said because they are in DUBAI that the shipping for return it too costly for them. So we are having to waste the money and get rid of the clothing. THE ORDER TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET HERE EVEN. THIS IS A SCAM SHOP AND POOR QUALITY SERVICE AND PRODUCT.

Fraud, fraud, fraud. I purchased three outfits totally over $100. Nothing fit. The fabric was decent quality but the fit was completely wrong. Super long inseam or extremely high waisted with a low crotch. I emailed to return and they stated they don't accept returns and I should refer to the term and conditions of my purchase. I'm not sure if any clothing company in the US that doesn't allow returns (except last call items). I've only heard of fraudulent ones pedaling poor quality crap that don't allow return. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Fraudulent company! BEWARE! Photos are stock and not their own. Material is cheap and not what is pictured. Would not honor their 100% satisfaction and take a return for refund. Took over 30 days to receive items. Argued with me with email.

I received this as a gift for Christmas from my son , because he knew I was wanted them so bad . And I have to say it was The best gift ever Tati greeted me like she knew me forever warm and explained all the details of what she was going to do and asked me what I wanted and made sure she listened to all the details and wow she did an amazing job ! Everyone that looks at now look right at my brows and are in love ! She’s the best defiantly recommend her !

Just as the other reviews. Do NOT order from this company. I paid $40 for what appeared to be a nice soft quality jogger in an XL because I knew their sizing would be China sizes. Waited 6 weeks for the order to come and it was equivalent to a US size M, thin and shiny material. Told them I wanted to return for full refund $54 and they offered me $4?!?!? Asked me to send them pictures of the items. Why?? I told them it wasn’t worn or damaged just NOT AT ALL what they show on the sales photo. Just another SCAM “company” from China I assume, probably costing them near nothing to throw together and then charging an amount that is NOT justified by the horrible quality of their costume materials. DO NOT EVEN TRY THEIR STUFF OR WASTE YOUR TIME!

Scam!!! Nothing like the pictures. Horrible fit, horrible fabric. Dissapointed to have wasted $80 on two lounge sets. BEWARE!!!!

The order took 3 months. I tried to cancel 2 months into the waiting time but the customer service would not let me.

The material is cheap and not worth the price tag.

Will never shop this company again and do not recommend.

The clothing I received was terrible quality. Completely see through, thin material and a completely different look/color than shown in the photographs. They will not let me return them because they don’t have holes or stains? DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
