Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Like many others ordered a suit for last eid still waiting for this. They don’t reply to my messages and won’t refund me keep telling me 2 months later I will be shipped this week. Will be reporting to Trading Standards.

Disgusted and absolutely horrified by the experience of this brand.
My mom ordered an outfit in January, they claimed to deliver within 4 weeks. It is now end of May and we have received nothing after numerous messages and trying to call them on their “no longer in service” whatsapp number. This brand looks reputable but it is a complete scam, they are defrauding people online by claiming to sell designer pakistani clothing but are ripping people off. Stay well away and keep reporting them.

What a Con artist this woman is. Advertising big brands and stealing your money. It has been months and months I have been chasing my suit and begging for a refund. I am currently speaking to a solicitor about this. Absolutely disgusting service. There's so many other company's out there who don't steal your money with false advertisement.

Please don’t order from this website or from this lady. She takes your money and you wont receive your product. She won’t even refund the money back to you. Literally I know I’ve experienced it myself. She’s a scamming woman

Do not order from this company! They are a scam! Ordered a Eid dress and haven’t not recieved it over a month! Emailed and messaged them and they were so rude!!

Avoid this company and save yourself the headache. Ordered an outift in January in time for Eid, we are now in May and I still not have received it. Blocked me from instagram and not responding to my whatsapp messages for my request of a refund. SCAMMER, THIEF, CON ARTIST, DISHONEST, DISGRACEFUL, DECEITFUL

Disgusting service, ordered an outfit for Eid and still nothing. Are ignoring my messages on WhatsApp and not willing to give me a refund.

I really hope businesses like this get shut down.

This company DOES NOT deserve 1 bluddy star I'm absolutely sick 2 death of this company ordered my outfit in Jan we are in May and NO OUTFIT.. ignoring my messages on what's app still saying there's a delay from the brand lies lies lies.. May Allah swt punish people like this for causing people so much stress and stealing hard earned money. Ya rab please close this company down only u know how evil and conveying they really are.. and I know it sounds nasty I don't care I worked so hard for my money u can't just go and steal it noway!!!

Ordered for Eid and was told that it would arrive and just to hold on. The day before Eid they admitted it hadn’t even been dispatched and they had been lying.I requested a refund via Amazon pay but still not heard anything and being ignored by them via WhatsApp. Complain to trading standards is best next step.

Do not order from this brand as it's a scam! Brought outfit never arrived.

I placed an order on the 25th of March after seeing their claim that items will be dispatched in 3-5 days. I contacted them and was reassured that my item would arrive on time before a wedding. After multiple messages on WhatsApp they told me that the item would be dispatched on Monday to arrive for today. It’s been a month since I placed my order and I still haven’t received the item.

I should’ve heeded to everyone’s reviews on here because I’m currently £185 down with no outfit to wear to a wedding tomorrow. I am still waiting for the outfit and in the event I don’t receive it by the end of the month, I will be raising a claim via Trading standards and my bank.

I would avoid this page at all cost — there’s far better providers out there so do your research.

I would not even give them 1 star. I placed an order on the 22nd January it is now the 16th April and I have still not received any order . I have been blocked on Instagram and my messages have been ignored on WhatsApp . I have been lied to on multiple occasions as to when the order will arrive and still haven’t received anything . Do not order from this page they will not deliver your order . I have lost out on £185 and I have now reported this to my bank . Biggest fraud .

I wish I read these reviews before ordering :( I ordered my Eid outfit on the 23rd March as it was 3-5 days delivery. Still have not received my order. I have emailed them and WhatsApp’d but no reply. I will now have to go through my bank for a refund. Absolutely disgusting

Absolute fraudulent business. I am lucky to have received my Eid outfit but their communication is shocking. They advertise that delivery will be made within 3-5 days and will only message if you harass them for updates. It’s clear they wait for the outfits to arrive from Pakistan before posting out but they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. People need to stop ordering from there. This is my first and last time ordering. I had to bombard via instagram and WhatsApp to get updates and I received my outfit 3 weeks after ordering, 5 days before Eid. I hope everyone else who has ordered for Eid manages to get their outfits in time. Trading standards need to be involved. They have breached GDPR by emailing all customers which has provided an insight into how many other people this company is fooling.

NEVER AGAIN.

This company is fraud, they scam and lie. I ordered eid outfit before Ramadan, spoke to them on WhatsApp and was assured I will get it before eid. No delivery came, when I messaged them on Instagram it was deleted, I asked for a refund they blocked me on WhatsApp. I asked my bank if they can get me a refund, if I paid directly using my credit card I would’ve been protected but because I paid through Amazon pay I have to wait for Amazon’s approval first. It’s important we make official complaints against fraudulent companies to protect others, gov.co.uk instructed me to fill the insolvency form to complain against TDS, next I will complain to Trading standard too.

This company is misleading customers and promising deliveries to be dispacted for next working day/immediate dispatch. I ordered an outfit which cost me over £100 as it was advertised to be delivered before Eid. I contacted them through their whatsapp messaging account where an advisor confirmed to me my order would be dispatched immediately and i would receive my order within a day or 2. It has now been almost a week and there is still no sign of my outfit which I am supposed to be wearing for Eid in the next couple of days. They are now ignoring my messages and not responding.

Extremely unprofessional, I am still waiting for my order!! they stated immediate despatch and they have not even despatched my outfit as of yet. have ignored my messages, are quick to respond when they want you to place the order but after that do not bother to update clients, please avoid!!!

Its a scam, they do t send anything and take your money and make you a fool on messages that they will send and update you but they dont do anything and nothing ever arrives.They tell you they will refund but never do. I have the worst experience with them and they are not even ashamed of it or sorry about anything instead they are rude to you when you ask about the tracking or delivery or else they seen-zone and ignore the texts.
