Bought an expensive dress which I never received. Chased them up via WhatsApp and email, initially they claimed it would arrive in 1 more or 2 more weeks. Eventually there was no response. No refund received.

Do not order from this site. I ordered an outfit in March for August and didn’t receive anything. I was getting promises after promises that it would be here next week for about 3 months. This left me with not enough time to order another one. They finally have a refund after 7 months which is ridiculous and unprofessional. Do not bother ordering.

This company is fraud , I placed an order of Zaib dress in march I still haven’t received it. Few weeks ago they kept saying it will come next week next week when you contact them for an update no response. They have completely stopped messaging me. It’s been over 3 months!! Please avoid this frauders!!! They take peoples money and go on a holiday!!

This company is a scam stay my friends and family order items and it didn't arrive. Everyone who has been scammed need to report this company to trading standards and file report to police for fraud as the director needs to be hold accountable for what has doing. They don't get back to you on whats app.

This company is fake! I bought two items from their site. I reached out to them several times and no response. Finally when they did respond in WhatsApp they said my items are coming and they are sorry for the delay. I ordered my items on 3/30 and in May I had nothing so I started to send messages. I also started to post comments on their instagram asking for them to respond to me. They blocked me from their social media and now their website is down. They have false promises and I believe don’t even have a business. Stay away!!! And they are awful. They have $395 of my money. Shut them down!!!

The customer service is shocking they’ve taken two months to send me an outfit which was only suppose to take one. Bearing in mind this was for my wedding. appreciate it’s coming from Pakistan so delays can be possible but no updates and when I get the item they’ve sent me the wrong size. They lied many times about when I’d receive my item and when I asked for the right size they said they don’t trust me so I will need to send the wrong size back first before they can reissue but don’t want to give me a returns label- whoever is in charge of their WhatsApp is the worst person they have etiquette and do not understand their mistakes. Very awful company I don’t understand how people order from them . Please save yourself your money time and energy and do not order from this company you’ll be stressing for days

Placed an order and payed straight away. Sent them a message requesting tracking details. I was ignored for a period of a few days before being advised it will arrive “next week”. It has been nearly a month and still no delivery, again they have been contacted multiple times, advising they will provide tracking details and again being told “this week/next week”.

This is an absolute joke, they are fast to take money from people however cannot keep up with the “demand” providing a shocking, poor and disgusting customer service, constantly providing false information.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEM.

Just as all the previous reviews. They just feed you lies. I did get my outfit 3 months later then promised however in my case it looked nothing like the photos. I asked for a refund and she said she would get back to me. Ignored all my calls and messages after that

Absolute scam! I feel appalled reading all the reviews but am glad they're being exposed for who they really are! They promised I'd get my outfit within 7 days for an event before I ordered. They knew the outfit wouldn't reach me on time but still lied as they have to wait for the order to go to them first which they admitted on whatsapp later on. Kept chasing them up on whatsapp and hearing lies after lies. The event passed and still no outfit. I messaged asking if I could refund once I received the outfit to which they replied "sure once it comes to you you can send it back we will send you return label". It came after weeks and weeks and they have ignored my messages and calls ever since and even blocked me on instagram! I would have actually appreciated it if they were honest. Full of false promises and lies!!! They know exactly what they are doing, even with their payment methods they use the money transfer method so I am not able to dispute using my bank. Please avoid everyone. You will get believable false promises as they even have the audacity to use Allah's name and say inshAllah. Then will get blocked afterwards and will not be able to contact them whatsoever. Crazy. I have also reported to Action Fraud.

SCAMMERS I have all the proof I orders suit and they basically delivered a complete different basic design!!! False advertising and then have the audacity to block me on instagram and my calls. Absolutely worst company ever biggest SCAMMERS BEWARE BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN!!

Complete scam! Do not order from the the designer stitch. I ordered 2 suits - paid £180. It’s been over 3 months, only one suit was shipped and they have completely ignored my numerous emails and WhatsApp messages regarding the matter whilst they had no problem replying before the order was placed. I’ll now be going through my bank for my money back. Disgraceful business

Lie everything is in stock in your size. Once ordered, will not reply to you but will continue posting stories. They don’t answer calls. Never received my item it’s a scam !!!!

Paid them £180 for three outfits and they have sent one out of three items! The one they did send was a month after making payment. Reported it to the bank. I have also sent a letter before claim and will be issuing proceedings against them! I suggest you all do the same report them to the police on the action fraud website They deal with online fraud! They blocked me from instagram as well! It’s incomprehensible that they are literally stealing peoples hard earned money!

Ordered a suit for a wedding and they keep fobbing me off through whats app saying they will ship by end of the week. It's been over 4 weeks and the website stated 2 weeks delivery. I'm so angry I didn't read the reviews before ordering. I was recommended through someone that bought from here before ages ago. After reading the reviews i feel really bad for everyone.I've paid through debit card so I'm going to be calling my bank to issue a fraud claim and get a refund through them. I pray Allah gives the owner all the grief this world and the next has to offer. Ameen

Purchased from TDS after seeing their partnerships with several influencers, spent well over £400 on 4 outfits, have been chasing up for weeks via Instagram dm for an update regarding delivery, was fobbed off everytime. After a month of waiting around, I decided enough is enough so i requested a full refund and for the orders to be cancelled...ABSOLUTE RADIO SILENCE.

Have had to take this up with my bank for a refund, save yourself the hasssle and steer clear, so many other reputable websites to shop from. 100% a scam.

They don’t even deserve a star at all this is the worst ‘business’ I’ve ever ordered from. 97% have given a 1 star review which shows how crap they really are. They either don’t deliver the suit on time or they just never send it all and rob your money. This company isn’t to be trusted, it’s disgusting. Hope they rot. I placed an order 2 weeks before eid and they sent it the day before eid, needed alterations messaged them multiple times they had read my messages but ignored them completely.

If I could review a no star it will be no star ! First off this company is a fake company please don’t bother to order anything .. z they don’t have any clothes and will never send you anything you will be chasing them via WhatsApp and they will blag that it will be out for delivery … it will never come to you because it’s a scam !!! Please never order from here lost over 200 pounds

Awful company.

Ordered 2 suits beginning of ramadan and was told it’ll be 7-10 days. Ended up getting 1 literally day or two before Eid. Then I was chasing up 2nd one for 3-4 weeks and kept getting told I’ll get it. Then they sent an email saying they’ll refund the orders. I messaged them several times after this to check if they’d deliver this order when I was promised or they need to refund it. Got back to me a week after reading and ignoring my messages that ‘the order had been stitched so I can’t have a refund’. Thankfully managed to get refunded through Amazon pay. But v rude and shocking company! Awful customer service. Was going to order another suit but I’m really glad I didn’t after the experience I had.
