Despite diagnosing the issue as not tied to System Mechanic, he took the time to review System Mechanic app for full functionality, find an alternate solution to the original problem, implement the solution and ultimately, solve the problem. I had been considering leaving my subscription with System Mechanic; however, after this awesome customer experience with the Tech Solutions technician, I have changed my mind and will keep my subscription.
