Mark called within the time that I had specified on the work order. He was very easy to understand and he showed me what part of the storage needed to be removed. I gave her permission to remove the movies that I had downloaded and it freed up a great deal of storage space. He also recommended a extra storage space of 2TB since I download a lot of files from You Tube.

Superb techs, great price!
The techs are superbly competent, and are good listeners as well. I've used this service since 2012, and they've kept my Windows 7 system running like a champ. When it gives up, I'll keep the same tech support without question. They're a great value - well worth the price!
