I came into The Trail needing a massive reset. The community that Will and his team have created gave me the space to be open and vulnerable, facing things I’d been hiding for years. The coaches are knowledgeable, professional, and kind, and the weekly calls became a safe space to share both challenges and wins. It’s such a rare, non-judgmental environment — and I’ll never forget my time there.

This community changed my life!
I was struggling with both alcohol & cocaine for so many years. It felt lonely, isolating & I was lost. I had so many failed attempts of trying to sort this problem, that was until I found The TeeTotal Trail. Having a community of like-minded people that understood what I was going through, coaches that were able to guide me, training, 1:1s & group calls for accountability was a complete gamechanger.
Because of the TeeTotal Trail program I now have nearly 2 years of sobriety behind me & my life has changed in the best possible ways!

I have discovered the Instagram account while being in a very dark place in my life. So i reached out and immediately felt the genuine interest on their side to help those who are struggling. So from the very first days since joining i could find the strength to shift towards the life that i want, which i never thought i could achieve by myself. The whole structure of the team works really well, what i appreciate the most is that coaches also went through the similar things and are now capable to guide and support, with unbelievable kindness. Whether you are in the depths of very heavy alcohol and drug use or simply at the point where you’ve tried loads of times to stop but couldn’t, this is a group that will really help.
It’s so supportive and friendly with really high success rates. I tried so many times over the years to live a more healthy and fulfilling lifestyle but alcohol and drugs just kept holding me back. Now I’m free, life is so so much better. I’d recommend to anyone who is struggling. The group calls are amazing, you learn so much and they are fun too. He one to one coaching calls are also an amazing way to stay focussed . You will also make new friends for life . Give it a go !!

This community just gets it! Immediately you realise you’re not alone in trying to quit. If AA and CA etc aren’t for you, like me, although I tried, give it a go. I’m a week sober, I’m feeling strong and finally I can connect and be encouraged to get honest with myself in a safe space with people going through the same as me.

I joined the Teetotal trail in March and it's the best thing I could have ever done. Will has set up such a beautiful community for people to overcome their drinking and drug habits, so they can live a more fulfilled life guilt free.
