Been using Tegiwa for years for various parts. Anything I could find they were quick to supply and anything I couldn’t find they were always happy to look into for me. Been using tegiwa to order a plethera of Genuine Honda parts over the last 3 years (listed and not listed)
I call Honda first for prices which are always extortionate, then phone tegiwa and they always beat the price by a huge margin, usually by sourcing me genuine parts direct from Japan.
And when a part is inevitably discontinued they make great recommendations /supply alternatives at a good price ( hard race bushings for example!)
Saved me a decent fortune building my car back to is former glory. Extra shout out to Jim the legend for looking after me so well over the years.
I have been using Tegiwa for around 5 or so years now. I use them for everything from small service parts the big upgrades/modifications, OEM parts and even tyres.
Their stock level is always accurate and true I have bought from other retailers who list optimistic stock figures to get the sale).
Delivery from them is always prompt and well packaged.
When I have needed advice, or to order something slightly out of the ordinary they have always been really helpful via email confirming specs, or translating Japanese product manuals.
They are my trusted and go to retailer for me parts and I recommend them highly

I've ordered from Tegiwa more than once, both times with one of the items being on backlog (didn't say on the website as I recall) BUT this was ALL made up since I emailed them asking for an update around 6 days later for the 2nd order where they explained how there is a longer ETA for one of the products and THEMSELVES offered to split the order into 2 shipments. Although this may seem minor I love how they are looking for alternative solutions to the problem which I was in AND didn't even charge me for splitting the shipping. Tegiwa has always had cheaper prices than dealers which I love as they're all the same items with a complete price (VAT included).
Also during my first order there was a sudden backlog of an assembly lube, I emailed them about this and they said they can swap to a slightly more expensive assembly lube which they didn't charge extra for. I've NEVER experienced this with a company before and it is a pretty big thing in my opinion and would DEFINITELY suggest going with Tegiwa.

Having ordered in the past without issue, unfortunately on the 15th of December I ordered parts with 48hr delivery.
I waited until the 30th assuming Christmas delays. Which is less than ideal, but understandable.
The ordered had not been shipped, so I emailed for a revised timeline for dispatch on the 30th (their social media stated they were only closed for Christmas day, boxing day and new years day)
Today is the 5th of January and the order still hasn't been despatched.
And worse I have yet to have an email response to the now 2 emails I've sent them.
I can only advise people to avoid buying from them during holiday seasons. If not for the almost 3 week delay (so far) in shipping out the order, than for the unacceptable lack of email response to a paid customer
I urgently needed two tyres in Peru -they were received rapidly from Tegiwa in Lima but importacion was restricted by customs. I received excellent after-sales service to obtain the documentation to prove their international conformity. Great Job, Great Service.....Well done!

Good bits - good website, amazing choice , good prices and ok comms.
Bad bit eta times are miles off. My experience I ordered a grmn gear shifter start of October, as advertised 3-4 weeks after order 👍.followed up after 4 weeks to be told it’s been delayed. Followed up again at week 6 told it’s been delayed again. Followed up again this week coming into week 8 no response yet and website still says out of stock 3-4 weeks from order, really 12weeks..I get it it’s from Japan but 12 weeks ….ive asked for a refund or update as it was a birthday gift now long gone , maybe Xmas gift who knows.. eta times need to be more transparent.
Appreciate others have had a great experience and suspect it’s simply down to items in stock. It’s a shame as was considering ordering a few more bits but all my wishlist parts are order only not stocked, my experience so far has put me off, sorry.
