Poor customer service
I purchased an incorrect item and after a week i have had no response to any emails on returning the product.
Shocking support from the company. I have now sent three emails and all have been ignored.

We do not charge unless the product has been shipped, as it costs us to issue refunds. So, I am not sure what you mean by saying you have not received a refund. We have advised you via email to contact your bank, and they will confirm that we have not charged any money. The transaction is pending, and they will explain what "pending" means.
Regarding the price discrepancy, we cannot sell a product at a loss. We have been in business for over 16 years, and by calling us a scam, you are essentially demanding that we sell the product at a loss.

ASUS TUF 4070-S
I bought this 4070-SUPER a week ago and so far and have no complaints. We ordered it on Tuesday morning and it was delivered Wednesday midday. The product is brand spanking new (it had all the protective sticky plastic on the actual graphics card). I have managed to register it with ASUS for warranty purposes without a hitch. And tekshop247 even asked us to review them here which I am more than happy to oblige. Keep up the competitive prices and I will likely be coming back to you!

Goods arrived in a few days as promised, well packaged. Only criticism is that DPD's text announcing a delivery between 9.30 and 10.30 arrived at around 13.30.
