Team John was utterly professional, arrived on time, and did an amazing job at cleaning our washing machine and oven. They sparkle! The job was done quickly and efficiently and I couldn't be happier with the result.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I paid an extra £100 specifically for furniture disposal (tables and chairs). On the actual cleaning day, they completely ignored the agreement and left everything inside the flat.
After I complained and posted my initial review, they sent someone back today to "fix" the issue. Their idea of £100 "furniture removal" service was simply carrying the table and chairs downstairs and dumping them in our residential building’s general waste bin area, instead of properly taking them to a recycling centre. Fly-tipping large furniture in a residential bin store is unacceptable and violates building rules. Absolutely lazy, unprofessional, and a complete rip-off. Demand a full refund for this joke of a service.

I had a terrible experience with this company and highly advise others to avoid them.
I booked a deep cleaning service along with furniture and rubbish removal for a property today. The day before the appointment, they abruptly changed my time slot from the morning to the afternoon. To make matters worse, on the day itself, the cleaner arrived 45 minutes late.
When we returned to inspect the property, we were shocked to find that NONE of the promised furniture or rubbish had been removed. They completely failed to fulfill this part of the service, despite having already taken a £100 fee specifically for disposal.
This company showed zero professionalism, poor timekeeping, and essentially charged me for work they never carried out. Absolutely unacceptable.

First clean was not good. Some cabinets missed. Oven and job ( which we paid extra for) were not clean ( not even nearly) mirrors were left with a greasy film (like they used dirty clothes) corners of each room still dust and in need of cleaning. No skirting boards cleaned. No light switches cleaned. Didn’t even move a pedal bin out of a corner to clean behind it. A team of completely useless cleaners.
Called for a reclean and each appointment was a no show.
Beyond awful. Avoid.
I used this company years ago and they were really good. Don’t know what happened but I would NOT RECOMMEND ( Teddington / west London area)

Deep Clean booked in for a flat which had already been cleaned prior, but I wanted a deep clean especially in regards to the Kitchen/ Oven etc - at a charge of over £350 I was disgusted at how the flat was left when i came back to look, oven not touched, windows with smears and dust still on top of kitchen cupboards - it was supposed to be a deep clean, very poor! - sent an email with pictures showing the issues was advised they would reclean but with the same people as before which I was not happy about, I expressed this concern but it was dismissed so I also cancelled the clean booked in for my other property -
I suggest you look at other cleaning companies as the reviews do not reflect the work done !!!

Worst experience ever. We booked them for a deep cleaning of our new place and an end of tenancy cleaning of our current flat. They have not cleaned anything. I sent photos showing all the issues, and instead of acknowledging the problems, they offered to rebook a cleaning with the same team, which is completely unfair and puts the customer in an uncomfortable position. I clearly expressed my concerns, but they were not addressed at all. Please be careful — they also ask for payment in advance.

Flat is all super clean and shiny! The ladies were super nice and cleaned the flat very thoroughly!

They were early, they had great personalities but most importantly they knew their stuff about cleaning. The previous occupants had left the place a complete mess, the oven didn’t look salvageable. However, when the team finished, you could see your reflection. Definitely will use them again.
