ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS - do not ignore the bad reviews. Having now looked at reviews on here and google, I believe that the majority of their 5 star ones are fake/bots.
The worst cleaning experience I’ve ever had - they left damage, they were rude and the room was in worse condition than it previously was. Paid over £200 for a service that actively damaged the property. Avoid at all costs. A number of previous clients are looking to pursue legal action together.

2 people came and cleaned the 1 bed apartment in approx 3.5 hours. Professional and standard cleaning to the point

I genuinely don't know where to begin. We are absolutely devastated and incredibly disappointed with the service we received.
We booked an End of Tenancy Clean because our property was being prepared for the final tenancy inspection. We specifically chose a professional company because we wanted the property to be left to a high standard and expected the quality that was advertised.
Unfortunately, the result was nowhere near what had been promised.
After the initial clean, we contacted the company with a detailed list of the issues we had found. We were assured everything would be rectified, and a cleaner returned the following day specifically to address our concerns.
This is the standard we were left with after the second clean.
The windows were still covered in smears and streaks, making them look worse than before they were cleaned. Even more concerning, we personally witnessed the cleaner using a metal scraper directly on the glass, and the windows have been left with visible scratches and permanent damage. We are shocked that a professional cleaning company would use a metal scraper on glass in this way.
There was still dust and heavy cobwebs around radiators, pipework, skirting boards and behind fixtures. The radiator valves and surrounding areas remained dusty and untouched. Window frames and corners still contained dirt and cobwebs. The sink waste still contained debris. Throughout the property there were numerous areas that had clearly not been cleaned to a professional end of tenancy standard.
What makes this even more frustrating is that, despite paying over £220 for a professional end of tenancy deep clean, we still had to spend two full days cleaning the property ourselves so that it would be ready for the final inspection. We simply had no choice. The windows, which the company failed to clean properly on two separate visits, took just the two of us around 30 minutes to clean to a spotless finish. We genuinely do not understand why this proved to be such a problem for a professional cleaning company. Sadly, although we were able to remove all of the smears ourselves, the scratches caused by the metal scraper are permanent and cannot be undone.
What is most upsetting is that we paid for a professional service to help ensure our tenancy ended smoothly. Instead, we have been left worrying about our tenancy deposit, as this property was prepared for the final inspection based on the standard of cleaning provided by this company. We honestly have no idea what to expect regarding the return of our deposit.
Rather than giving us peace of mind during an already stressful move, this experience caused us even more stress, additional expense, and two extra days of hard work.
We rarely leave negative reviews, but we feel other customers deserve to know what happened. We gave this company every opportunity to put things right, yet after two visits we were still left with poor cleaning, visible dust, cobwebs, dirty windows and permanently damaged glass.
We are honestly shocked, deeply disappointed and completely at a loss for words. This is not the standard of workmanship anyone should expect from a professional end of tenancy cleaning company. Based on our experience, we simply cannot recommend their services.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. The flat was left dirty, unclean and the end of tenancy clean was rejected by the property so we had to pay for a clean all over again. We cited clear photo evidence and the report with all the issues and they said that 'dust, cobwebs, drip marks, finger prints, dirt, unclean floors' in the kitchen and bathroom were beyond their cope of work and just wear and tear. Don't book unless you want to get ripped off!

Cleaners arrived 30 minutes late, only stayed for 1 hour to deep clean 2 rooms, and all they did was hoover and wipe some sides. When I contacted for a resolution, no apology or solution was offered. The premium price of £237.60 for 1 hours work is obscene, when I’ve now had to pay a different cleaning company to finish the job. Highly unprofessional and unfriendly, as well as incompetent at cleaning. I was offered a £20 refund after a number of emails asking for the cleaners to come back or offer a partial refund. I have had to fork out double the money for 1 job. Would never recommend and really recommend that their cleaners obtain practical training and that their staff obtain customer service training. Wish I’d have read their Google reviews and negative ones on here before booking. Do not waste your money

Easy to book, easy to communicate and no trouble

From initial enquiry to completion, the service was excellent. The booking team was very responsive and dealt with my requests for additional services after the initial booking.

It really was a seamless experience and the hardworking cleaners worked their magic, even arriving earlier than planned to accommodate our end of tenancy.

Highly recommended.

Very professional! Our tenants left the kitchen in a really bad way and tenancy cleaners came in and made it look nearly new (which was no easy task). Would definitely use again.

The first cleaning was so poor that even the floor still had dirt and dust on it. When called for a reclean, two people arrived with nothing but two rags and a spray bottle and kept trying to leave after each piece of furniture. If I weren't there, I don't know what they would've cleaned or if they would've cleaned anything at all. This company works on pushing your limits to the point of you just giving up which was the case for me. They do such a poor cleaning and such poor customer service that eventually you give up. DO NOT BOOK. It also seems like the 5-star reviews are fabricated so proceed at your own risk.

Tenancy cleaning came on time (actually a little earlier than their time) and did a great job better than I expected. They cleaned 4 bedroom house in very reasonable time. There was minor comments but nothing that bothered me honestly.

2 cleaners were sent to clean a 5 bed house for 2 hours in Bath, despite having booked an end of tenancy clean. They did not do everything that was booked and they won’t return for a free reclean. The basic things weren’t even done with the carpets untouched and there still being marks everywhere. The company and their customer service is awful. I may as well have cleaned myself as I now need to pay for another cleaner, lose my deposit and paid for an undelivered service. Do not book!

Excellent services provided to me by Tenancy Cleaner. My apartment had dust and debris from construction left over by the builders before shifting into my new apartment. They cleaned it well and went above and beyond to clean the apartment. I’m very grateful and impressed by their quick and in depth cleaning.
