I can’t recommend this company enough! Reason did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. He’s such a friendly, happy chap, and I got on with him so well. He worked incredibly hard and completely transformed my home.

The kitchen was in a disgusting state when I moved in, but after Reason had finished, it honestly looked like a brand-new kitchen. Everything was spotless and smelled so fresh. He also cleaned all of the bathrooms to such a high standard that they looked brand new too.

As a first-time buyer, I really wanted my new home to feel clean and welcoming, and Reason exceeded all of my expectations. I have never hired a professional cleaner before, but after this experience, I will definitely be using this company again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they offered us a full guarantee that we would without question get our full deposit back from our landlord. This did not happen and the landlord charged us £450 for another full clean. The did such a bad job it ended up costing us £900 in total as this company refused to give us our money back

Total rip off

Cleaner was punctual and professional and the standard of cleaning was close to perfect. Payment process was seamless but a bit of feedback is having the option to pay the invoice on the day of the service.

I booked an end of tenancy clean and was extremely disappointed with the standard of work. Numerous areas were either not cleaned properly or appeared to have been missed altogether, including floors, windows, shower areas, doors, skirting boards, bathroom fittings and kitchen surfaces. We had to spend around two hours re-cleaning the property ourselves before an agency viewing.

I was also concerned about the apparent misuse of cleaning chemicals, which left residue, smears and possible staining on some surfaces. In addition, I was charged extra in cash for window cleaning despite confusion over how the number of windows was being counted.

I submitted a detailed formal complaint with photographic evidence. To date, I have received no acknowledgement or response whatsoever.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Great cleaning job, very punctual and thorough. They even did more than I asked for. I recommend them for end of tenancy cleaning.

I booked an end of tenancy clean for my two-bedroom property and paid the quoted price of £238.68 in advance. A few days before the appointment, I rearranged the booking from 12pm to 2pm, which was confirmed by email.

On the day, the cleaners arrived almost an hour early while we were still moving out. Before I had finished removing my belongings and my cat from the property, cleaning products were already being used, despite me asking for a few minutes to vacate safely.

Shortly after arriving, I was told there would be an additional charge of £151.20—a 63% increase on the original quote—because the property required more work than expected. This was raised after the cleaners were already on site and, with a tenancy deadline to meet, I felt I had little practical choice but to pay.

I also requested to pay the additional amount through the company's usual payment method but was instead asked to transfer it directly to the cleaner's personal bank account.

The clean itself was acceptable, but I do not believe it reflected a total cost of nearly £390. I raised a formal complaint, but despite several emails, the company has refused to offer any refund or provide a transparent explanation of how the additional charge was calculated.

Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling pressured and disappointed with the company's customer service and complaint handling.

This is the second time I've used this company and I'd say they've provided a satisfactory service. The only issue was turning up 50 minutes before the arranged time and also leaving all the lights on overnight after locking up. But other than that they were good. Would use again.
